Thé customer service was impressive. We were able to get the bed we wanted and when it turned out the package was missing a few screws the folks at the store were very helpful in getting me what I needed right away. I’ll definitely be back.

Eric made us feel at ease during our purchase. The mattress was a big investment for us and we feared being met at the door by a “ used car salesman” type. Instead he let us look and then educated us on the different levels of bedding. I would definitely go back to purchase a couch.

I purchased dining table and chairs from Ivan Smith Furniture in April 2023. Eric was very professional and worked with me to hold delivery until we were ready for it. Delivery was scheduled later and delivered as promised in perfect shape. Great quality furniture and fits perfect in our new home.

Beautiful dining table with natural wood and rustic farm colors. It included 6 sturdy padded chairs and we bought the padded bench to go with it. Absolutely love it. Sales team was friendly and helpful. The Delivery team was on time and made sure it was set up correctly.

I purchased the Storm 2.0 pillow after several sleepless nights and neck pains in the mornings. A friend purchased one a few years back and told me about it. Eric was a great representative for IVAN Smith ! We visited him in Emory and he knew what we needed in an American made recliner. Great Team made the delivery on time and carefully brought the recliner into our house and set it up!

The store was clean and welcoming. Nice selection of furniture to choose from. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was smooth and the set up was great! I will be coming back for my next furniture purchase. It was a much better experience than a big box store.
