I'm happy with this gym. I've been going for over two years. I signed my wife up as well but then had to cancel her membership; I was ready for a hassle but it was super simple. I've made a few changes to my membership over the two years I've been here and again - no hassle. The staff are friendly, they've got a new manager who is engaged and has a desire to understand how members are feeling with their membership. Reasonable prices, good equipment. It's not uncommon to see a piece of equipment out of service but it's usually addressed in a reasonable timeframe. I usually work out in the evenings and don't have trouble getting the equipment I need.

We’ve been going to this gym since they opened . All their staff are super nice and friendly. I believe they must have had a change in management since the service seems to be even better. The equipments are clean and the floors always clean. I like how they now have wet paper towels to wipe down machines and they keep those wet napkins well stocked and readily available.

The only comment I want to make is I wish the aerobic instructors would keep the doors to the classes closed. Some of them leave the doors open and I use one of the machines that are right next to the class and I had to get ear plugs so my ear drums won’t get damaged . They have to realize not all of us like the extremely loud music and the music they play.

Gerald and his team do a great job! Clean facilities and the machine selection is amazing! Kids club is very convenient and keeps the kids entertained for the 2 hour watch period. Very happy to of found this place and to have it run by a great team and their leader!

I love all Melanie’s classes. I’ve been attending Yoga and Strength classes for about 2 years without missing a week and I’ve seen how my health and overall fitness improved. Melanie is always friendly and caring for everybody, engaging and coaching all of to to improve but perform safely. No matter age or gender, you can always get a productive and fun time.

I have visited this gym numerous times. I did my first trial back in 2021. Great facility with amazing amenities. But even better is their staff. Gerald goes above and beyond to keep the place looking great and customers happy. If you are considering trying them out, do it. Ask for Gerald!

The most affordable family oriented gym that I could find and the staff is super friendly. Shoutout to Kevin. Has everything I need and excited to check out the classes. Good place to rehab not super packed during usual busy hours.

Gerald has been the most helpful person ever. Every time I come in he always has it clean neat. I have never had better customer service in my life. He is nice and great personality and always willing to help. I seen multiple people come up to him for questions and he always was willing to help with a smile.

Gym is always clean and has plenty of equipment. The staff is always polite and encouraging. My trainer, Ryan, has been a huge help in reaching my physical goals. Thanks!!

I have been a member since 2000. The staff is always very eager to help! The gym is wonderfully organized with a variety of weight machines as well as many variations of cardio equipment that will suit anyone at any age. If you are going in for the first time, make sure to ask for Stephen. Oh! And the group exercises led by Melanie are simply amazing! Her energy is infectious and the group is very supportive!

I’ve been a member since 2012. The gym has undergone a great deal of changes over that time, but has definitely found stability with its current staff. Allen is a great GM with a genuinely warm and attentive nature. I’ve been through several personal trainers during my time here, most of them great, but my trainer Ryan has helped bring me to a new level with my fitness goals. He’s incredibly reliable and really knows what he’s doing. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and Stephen and Brandon are always there to listen to any concerns. Roan has been there since before Covid and is a huge asset to this gym. I love the staff here.😊

Love the classes and especially Melanie, who offers some awesome strength training and yoga classes. She is full of energy and really mixes up the workouts so we work our entire bodies. I definitely recommend her classes!

Been coming here for around 6 months. Pricing is extremely affordable. Gym has always been well maintained and I’ve never seen any of the machines out of service.

Staff is always welcoming and they don’t bombard you with sales pitches every-time you walk in the door.

If anybody has been thinking about joining a gym, please come by and try one of my classes.. Yoga, strength, cardio we have it all.

Good, basic gym. Very comfortable environment for all ages & fitness levels. VERY BEST thing is Jaime, the Zumba instructor 3x a week. She is an AMAZING instructor who has created a fun, loving Zumba community.

The staff snd management are friendly and have everything you need for a non-nonsense gym! Very comfortable environment for all ages & fitness levels. The new management has done a great job improving the facilities and member experience! 👍🏼🙌👏🏋😎

Melanie's cardio and strength training classes are wonderful. She develops classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels; she is available to offer instruction and encouragement as needed. I highly recommend her classes.

Allen is an amazing manager! And this location has THE BEST instructors. Regardless of your fitness level (beginner to marathon runner), you will be challenged in class - and you’ll have fun at the same time!!

The team is great here at the Coppell location. Recently came back after going here for years and it has still held up great. The gym is never too packed. Steven has been great signing me up!

I have been coming here for a while now and I can honestly see the difference. All the gym staff is so nice and supportive. They have enough and more machines for the physique I want to achieve. I highly recommend!!!

One of the smaller gyms but I prefer it over the bigger ones. Staff are cool and everyone knows each other and they’re super friendly.
