If I could give half a star or zero I would!!!!

I place a order with my family member for a copy of a pageant that they had video taped and it’s been 9months we still haven’t got the video! My mother has called about it and the pageant director has called and been in about it and at one point they told her it was in the mail when she went in they said they haven’t even started working on it!I have personally called no one is answering my calls!
I personally know a person who used them for a wedding video and is not happy with the video and also has to wait an extended period of time to receive that video...she had to call and call and call and bug about it she didn’t get it on the day she was promised!

POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
