Prices here are highly competitive and with my growing little family safety is priority #1 that I had to get my vehicle some HID lights put in ASAP. I knew HID headlights are super bright and I was in and out in about 30 min or less. The also installed LED license plate bulb on my car too! This is a really cool place!

I had new Halo style lights that change colors w/ fog lights and a new front bumper installed on my new Jeep Wrangler several months ago. And they were installed perfectly! Everything still works with no issues ever. This place is awesome and the people are cool as well. I was able to get all of this at more than a reasonable price, so for that I am extremely grateful. Amazing services and pricing at this location. Was able to diagnose and replace both of my HID headlights on my Honda Pilot for the price of 1 bulb from the dealership! I have a 2017 Cheverolet Impala factory lights were dim , came out to the HID Factory. They installed the light kit and made a world of difference. Great customer service, fast and they walked me through every step, the before and after presentation. I highly recommend and appreciate the customer service.

I had my reflector headlight housing retrofitted with Morimoto MLED projectors. I asked for something that looked OEM but with the performance needed to see better at night. They delivered and so far I am happy with the results of the workmanship and product. I will update this review if anything changes with real world use in the next 6 months.

The HID factory and employees are some highly talented people. They are good people too. From 2005 they have been my go-to not only for lights of all kinds, but also for advice. They are honest with no double talk. Their incredible work, their suggestions, and their custom designs are works of art. They are friendly, gracious, and stand by their work.

Last week I visited again and they designed a dome light that looks like it was factory equipment. They spent a lot of time explaining about headlights (which they upgraded the day before for me).

I am compelled to write because such old-fashioned quality is rare. If you need to upgrade, repair, or install new lights, this is your place.
Their prices are reasonable and are not raised the moment you show up.

Definitely highly recommended for any lighting needs. I got exactly what I asked for they put led switchback strips in my headlights. And they made it look so clean like it’s factory. Much respect to all the guys that put in work definitely a must place to go!!! 👍🏽👍🏽

This place is great. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Competitive prices and good warranty's. I had a Morimoto HID kit on my Altima which was awesome. Bought a new truck and couldn't get HID this time because it voided factory warranty. Purchased a set of Morimoto 2 stroke 3.0 LED bulbs and honestly they're better than the kit on my car. The brightness is amazing and the cutoff and distribution looks like it came factory.

Found the HID Factory through youtube videos and finally got my Halos installed. I couldn't leave my car at the shop, since I have to go to work, they gave me immediately and without any problems Loaner Headlights. Since I am not familiar with the area, Travis even drove me to a restaurant while waiting for the Loaners to be installed. A couple days later I had my Halo Headlights. Couldn't be happier, and will be back, for more light work. The staff is friendly and very helpful / knowledgeable.

Fair and reasonably priced. They fixed the ballast in my headlight quickly.

Excellent service experience! They were able to work on my vehicle within 15 minutes and completed within 10 minutes. Even received an education on the difference between LED & HID lights. Upon leaving, I requested if they could check alignment of my headlights and they made the adjustments at no extra charge! Drove across town to these folks because of their great Google reviews. Glad I did and will recommend my friends as well!

These guys specialize in your vehicle lights. Headlamp , tealights, running lights, They offer upgrades. Overall they are Pros to restore back to OEM. This is my neighborhood go to place when If I have any vehicle light issues bulbs. Thank you HID Factory. I can see the road now. You guys are awesome. I have used The HID Factory now for installs, on several vehicles that I own, over a several year time span. The staff here is knowledgeable, looks out for the best interest of their customer and are very time & cost efficient. Honestly, I like the service and quality of product so much; that, I still drive across town to have them do work on my vehicles (even though I no longer work down the street from their facility). I highly recommend this establishment for any automotive lighting needs that you have! I can personally say that I’m a loyal customer of The HID Factory and will continue to have them do the work on all of my vehicles.

Very satisfied with the services provided. I went to HID Factory to have an adaptor installed for daytime running lights on aftermarket headlights that I installed. I was satisfied with the work so I returned a few days later to have an HID conversion kit added. Their work was completed in neat and professional manner. They didn't rush through the work which results in great quality. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing lighting service done their vehicle. The guys that work there are cool and communicate well with their customers.
