My first time at the store. I wanted to see if they could take some links out of a watch I got for Christmas. Ms Karen was a sweetheart to talk with. While waiting she showed me some of their jewelry that I was interested in. Before I knew it, my watch was ready and sized perfectly. Thank you Ms Karen for your hospitality. This store has some really great hidden gems.

What a great experience! Working with Karen Moyers was an absolute delight. She greeted me warmly when I walked in the door. She is friendly, so knowledgeable, and she communicates clearly throughout the process. She demonstrated that I could rely on her skills to ensure an accurate and timely transaction. Today, I sold my necklace at the store where I usually deal with the owner, Michael. In the past, I had sold a watch there. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Karen to sell a diamond chain. Karen was incredibly efficient and direct, taking the time to explain the diamonds and the testing of the white gold on the chain, Karen remained highly professional and personable. She was transparent and fair in our dealings, which is particularly commendable in the jewelry industry. It was a pleasure working with her. As someone who has sold items at this store before, I can confidently say that I will return for any future buying or selling needs. Thank you Karen if you see this!!

I have been coming to this jewelry store since I’ve lived in Houston (about five years). I don’t come in here and spend thousands and thousands of dollars, but regardless, I still get treated with million service. The ambience and the aesthetic of the store itself is very welcoming and the showcases are always very clean and everything looks immaculate. I have always had the pleasure of dealing directly with Michael or Karen, who have always taken care of me, the other day I went in and had a piece of scrap gold, and was given top dollar, and then was able to work out a deal on an engagement ring for my girlfriend. And like I said was treated like I was spending millions. I would recommend this store to family, friends, and complete strangers. Also, whenever I go and get my jewelry polished, it looks brand new. 10/10 thanks again Mike!

This place is a real GEM in Houston! I often like the name brand items and that usually means I will be paying for it! This place is ALWAYS giving the best prices. I got this fabulous TOM FORD’s Grain Leather Buckley bag recently for an absolute fraction of the retail price! It’s stunning, in absolute mint condition. WOW! I always feel like I'm getting the best deal and trust me... your boy looking for a bargain. This place has some of the best sales associates. I especially love dealing with Irwin and Victor. Those two guys are THE BEST! Very professional, super courteous....just outstanding people. They will work closely with customers like myself to determine my needs, answering questions about the products and recommend the right solutions. The owner, Michael is freakin awesome! He is incredibly kind and will go above and beyond in assisting and offering you the best price and shopping experience! A lot of places can make you feel uncomfortable when shopping and this is not the case at HJB! This place is indeed FIRST CLASS.
