I recently moved in, and the experience was made incredibly smooth and enjoyable thanks to Melly, one of the staff members. From the moment I arrived, Melly was there to assist me with everything I needed. Her friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful time. Melly helped me with the paperwork, ensuring that all the details were correct and that I understood every part of the process. She also gave me a thorough tour of the apartment, pointing out all the amenities and making sure I felt comfortable with my new home. Her knowledge and attention to detail were impressive.

To start the staff here was great. They were able to help me find an apartment by giving me tours of my options of what we were looking for.i eventually found the perfect one that met the needs of me and my family. I was able to move in sooner than expected. They also have great amenities. Highly recommend.

Excellent assistance from staff, they were very helpful with the whole walk through and loved the apartment tour on my visit here. They were very friendly and professional, the apartment complex seems very nice, quiet, peaceful. Looking forward to moving in soon.

Has been absolutely amazing the staff in the office has been so helpful from the jump! Anytime we have an issue with something they are on top of it and get it fixed! We haven’t had any problems here and so super thankful 😌 thank you avaya staff for making this stay worth it

I am so happy I moved here. The office staff has worked so efficiently to make sure my move in was smooth!! Krissy literally held my hand through the entire leasing process and made sure I was satisfied with my unit. Ms. Linda gave me an amazing deal on my rent and move in costs. Jonathan made sure that my keys, parking permit, and all my paperwork was delivered to me. And lastly, Ruben has been so prompt and professional about any issues I have come across. I’m so grateful for the team here!

Love the new office staff they are beyond helpful. I have spoken to Miriam and Linda and they always make me feel so welcome to come by the office with any questions. Maintenance is amazing as well he gets things fixed right away. I absolutely love the new changes being done on the property. Thank you for being so amazing.

I lived at the property for 14months in #1108 and I must say its very quiet and nice community to live in. I was a college student at the time and it very close to my school. You can't beat the price for what you get. The staff in the office was very helpful. I did same day move in and the process with the leasing agent there a very smooth. My work orders were always token care of with in a timely manner. No bugs in my unit and they keep the property grounds very clean. Definitely should consider living here if new to area in Jersey Village it's right by Jones Rd with a lot of shopping outlets. The only reason I didn't stay was because they didn't have any town homes available for me at that time. Which are also at a very reasonable price.

As a military brat and retired veteran, I've been moving my whole life. This move has undoubtedly been the most pleasant I've experienced. As I currently work in commercial property management, I know the daily stressors of managing a multi-unit property. Without a doubt, the property management staff at Avaya are professionals and love what they do. Not only are they extremely helpful and informative, they create a welcoming environment and always stand ready to assist. Thank you and I look forward to many years of happy living....

since I’ve lived here things had been wonderful. I almost moved due to job purposes but decided to stay awhile longer management is very understanding and helpful you don’t run into many property managers or staff with nice attitudes. Pay your rent on time you won’t have any problems even if your late don’t always be late. To all the office staff keep up the wonderful work on making living here a great experience.

The employees are very polite and professional. The young lady I spoke with ; I believe her name was Denise she was polite, well mannered and knowledgeable. The community there are also easy to talk to. I highly recommend. Apartments are clean, good space for me, smell nice. I know this because u have seen and smelled some bad ones. This property is nothing like the others. Especially the employees are amazing.

Absolutely love my experience living at this property! Maintenance is very responsive & we all know how important that is- especially during these Houston summers! Everyone in the office is attentive & kind. They’re always going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Looking forward to renewing my lease this fall!

We have been at these apartments for over a year now, the few issues that we've had have been resolved in a timely manner. The office staff is super polite and always so helpful! Everything is close and pretty calm area in general. Glad we chose this place :)

I have lived here about 6 months now. When I first got here my unit was a wreck and the original management team did absolutely nothing and then there was Lauren. She swooped right in and had my unit fixed up in less than a week and anything else she says she is going to do for you she actually does it. The property is always clean and this is truly a neighborly community.

Also I highly recommend seeking out Louisa for your leasing needs. She will go above and beyond for you.

Miriam went above and beyond for me and my son when we were looking for an apartment. She greeted us very nicely and showed us two different units I instantly fell in love ! I applied same day I am so excited about moving in. This will be our first apartment :)

We had a really good experience with Louisa from the beginning. She was busy attending another customer and told us that she would be right with us. Once she helped us out she asked us what we were looking for and then showed us the cute townhome/ loft that we fell in love with! The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment building was clean! Louisa was also friendly and made us feel comfortable! And to top it off, the prices are great! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, nice yet affordable place, then this is the place to be!

The office managent (Linda Dominguez) is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable with her apartment expertise!

If I ever decide to live in this area again, these apartments will be my first choice hands down!

It’s a nice place but the maintenance staff is very unprofessional and like to just walk into your apartment without telling you. Moved in and Am very displeased with the apartment cause it was nothing like the good is we where getting. I love the nabiors. But my main thing is these random inspections. I’m sorry but some of us have full time jobs and can’t be there and don’t want you in are apartment with us there due to are animals

Jonathan was and has been great help, great customer service, great communication, always listening and keeping us up with everything that needed to be done! He is someone that made this move in a smooth process and we really appreciate all the help he has given us!

I’ve been living at this complex for a year now. The new management is amazing also the new maintenance team is awesome. I really like how management communicates with us and let’s us know how they are fixing maintenance problems. I honestly love the fact that due to COVID-19 the complex is still getting things done and taking proper safety precautions to ensure the safety of us and their team. I highly recommend this complex.

She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I believe I have found my home.
