Chair King Backyard Store

A few years ago we would go into Chair King and saw they have such great furniture & accessories, but honestly it was to expensive for our budget. During 2024 we have gone back to Chair King they have the same great stuff but thanks to their price points, discounts and great deals we have made purchase three times this year and could not be happier with the products, services and delivery. We live in Houston and shipped furniture to Galveston, on time on schedule. We will look forward to going back Chair King.

Needed a part for my umbrella. Steven went out of his way to get it for me. I've had other great experiences with this store as well.

Hard to beat! Troy West greeted us when we came in and let us browze through the store at our leisure. When we had questions, he had the answers quickly. We found what we wanted, and he told us, not only was it in stock, but that he could have it delivered the same day. Cant argue about the service or the price. Very happy. We have been looking for quite a while, and finally found something we are very happy with. Glad recommend Chair King Backyard Store.

After days and days looking for a nice setup to renew our backyard/patio furniture, we finally landed at this Chair King store. The store has an amazing supply of solid outdoor solutions and the personnel is extremely nice, competent, patient and accommodating. We had the pleasure to be served by Sarah Dinsmoor, she was keen to explain the differences between the various brands and options we were oriented to, never pressured us and gave us time to evaluate all options, work around pricing and helped us choose the best solution for our needs. We brought home a wonderful cast aluminum table, chairs, cushions and delivery was fast, professional and reliable. Definitely recommend this store for the quality of their furniture, the professionalism of their personnel very attentive to customer specifications and the overall great service provided. We may have spent a bit more than initially budgeted but we are confident we made the best choice for classy and durable outdoor furniture that will last for many many years.

Plenty of various outdoor patio chairs to choose from. I was looking for a modern design and I was able to find what I am looking for. Fast service. It took me only less than an hour to look and drive out with the chairs I need.

This place is great! They have a lot to chose from. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to fit what I purchased into the vehicle I was driving. I would recommend this place if you need outside furniture.

The staff at Chair King (I45 Gulf Freeway) were so great to work with. I had to change my order several times after leaving the store because it took my husband and I awhile to agree on patio furniture. Shea, Babette, and Brian were the best and were always so kind when I called to ask product questions and change my order. I also want to recognize Tim and Garrett at Chair King (The Woodlands). While I ordered my furniture at the Gulf Freeway store while visiting the area, my home is actually closer to The Woodlands store. I visited The Woodlands store several times to check out other patio sets, measure, etc. and Tim and Garrett were always more than happy to help, even though they weren't getting credit for my sale. I received my new patio set last weekend and we're thoroughly enjoying it already. Thanks Chair King!

Tim was absolutely amazing! Accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. Less than 6 hours after my order was placed, our new furniture was on our balcony!

Our experience at Chair King could not have been better. Josh Pemberton was the perfect salesman - helpful but not at all pushy. All the staff were courteous and made us feel comfortable. I’d bought some couches from this store through Steve and Kevin about 2 months prior. I saw a must have table/firepit at another ChairKing and because of the awesome experience I’d had with these guys I contacted Steve to see if they had it. Sure enough the service was top notch, and absolutely love the cast aluminum firepit.

Got a really great deal on a patio dining table and furniture for the outdoor fireplace area at our new home. Bassam was such a pleasure to work with. The store manager, Mr. Berry (sp?) was so personable and gave us a little extra discount on our purchase. Will definitely be shopping again soon!
