Jordan was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. The showroom is absolutely beautiful and Jordan made the whole experience well worth the trip. I cannot recommend him enough, excellent customer service!

We just came by to look at the showroom as we were considering a new outdoor kitchen. Really beautiful. Makes u drool. Had a nice experience with one of the employees. Sorry I might have missed his name because we were just looking but I think his name was Jeff. We’ll be back when we r ready to redo our kitchen. Trish from memorial… my husband was with me but he never writes anything on the internet so I am doing it using his phone.

Awesome place!! I came in with my wife looking for a new outdoor bar so we can host parties. They were very informative and helped us to learn our options.

Jeff was great and answered all our questions. The showroom was spotless and impressive. Eager to have our home finished so we can figure out which awesome setup to buy!

Jonathan was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time necessary to help my husband and I figure out what would work for us and the space we have. He wasn’t pushy and made us feel like he was working on our behalf. I can’t wait till we receive our grill island and will definitely be recommending him and Paradise Grills to our family & friends.

Great store and pretty cool to see all the different grills. Jordan was awesome, he knew so much and was able to answer the many questions we had. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Building and redesigning backyard decks and patios I’ve referred several customers to these guys for outdoor furniture and BBQ grills and the service they have provided as well as the products and delivery have been absolutely top shelf.

Stopped in the beltway location and was greeted by Matt….. he was very knowledgeable and helped with our design to find exactly what we needed for our area!! Great options and I’m able to save a good amount of money compared to the other quotes I have received. All the products in the store seemed well built and very nice looking!
