I took 8 hogs from my Texas hog hunt there about 3 years ago. The pan sausage was flavored to my request. No heat, just the flavor. Unlike one of their competitors near Pensacola, who ruined several hogs after asking several times flavor no heat.

Carolina grocery did a fantastic job. And I will be taking my future hog harvest to them.
