I’ve had such a great experience!! Marilin walked me through the whole buying process such a kind soul, the girl with the septum awesome gal customer service was 10/10 they had a good selection of items. I found Kate spade sandals 🥹

This was my first time at this Plato’s closet location and the man who helped me was so nice and walked me through the process about how to donate items. It only took 15 minutes and the customer service was amazing!

I absolutely love this store. They have a good selection of the things I’m specifically looking for & the prices are perfect.
The customer service that I received was great. Luis, the manager is AMAZING. He is so good at his job. He goes out of his way to explain things to customers and he’s sweet! It seems like he reality really cares about his job, his employees & the customers!! I’ve seen every customer get great treatment from him.
Jesse & Lupita are also wonderful & personable. They really helped me find the items I was looking for.
From my experiences this store gets 5 stars ⭐ 🤩.

The best place for teens and young adults to find trendy clothes.

I personally love this resale store. I found a vintage Jean jacket for $15 and it was in great condition. The workers have been nice to me and give good input if you ask them for opinions. Some of the items can be a bit pricey for resale but a lot of the pieces at Plato's are in great condition. Overall would recommend!

I'm not sure why this establishment is receiving so many poor reviews. They operate by buying your lightly used or unused clothes and accessories based on what's in style or trending. Waiting is also apart of the process as the employees have to look at the items, check pricing and inventory for each clothing item you bring in. If you don't want to browse the goods in store, walk around outside, wait in your car or grab a coffee, they will text you when they are done evaluating the goods you're selling.

Overall, my experience here was great, upon walking in I was greeted by Brenda who kindly instructed me to check into their waiting list system. No hassle, no questions, seamless transaction. If you don't like the price they offer you can take your goods and leave.

I come to this location a few times a year to get rid of clothes to update my wardrobe per what season it may be. The waiting process for the clothing buyer to filter through what they want to purchase to add to their inventory at most I have waited 20 minutes tops. I've waited as little as 5/10 minutes for the buyer to pay me for my items. Every one of the employees that I have met here have been very nice and professional never rude and had me out of there pretty quickly.

I gave this a 5star bc of the friendliness of the staff I received and the no hassle refund I got when things didn't fit and I returned them. That being said, this place needs more organization, space and effort to categorize size and design. I spent almost two hrs on finding my sizes and things I'd like bc everything is crammed together and there is no space to look at items due to it all being crammed so tightly on the racks.

This platos closet is not bad. The last time I was there, they bought almost all of my items. Gave me a great price as well! I’m giving 5 stars for that reason. I like to go to all of the platos on the west and southwest side of Houston. My only suggestion would be to advise your staff to work on their customer service skills or hire people who are customer service oriented.

I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews. They have better pricing than you could get on even ebay. I started coming here when I lived in Dallas and had to come for a family emergency. I did not think I would be here long so I did not pack. Long story short I had to stay a month and bought a lot of cloths for a very good price. Ever since I have been hooked and come when I need something to wear for work. However my gf took me to blackbird across the street and I like it a little more now. This is still a great place and deserves to be shopped at. It will save you a lot of money

Went here for the grab bag event. It was my first time. It's a nice small boutique kind of shop. The variety of styles was on point. They even have a section for men. The customer service was great!

Great selection!!! They even has baby cribs, bassinets, play mats, and toys! Boys and Girls clothes Preemie thru Size 20! Plus they buy gently used items.

You can sell your lightly used clothes, shoes, accessories and bags here. They do pick certain items so not everything will sell. You can find name brands here even shoes.

brand name clothes at an awesome price I wouldn't pay retail stores, I'll wear it 2-3 times and back on the shelf, I love Platos!!

I like the place. You can find good stuff and cheap. I totally recommend the place. Several employees are bilingual which in 2019 is mandatory. 5 stars.
