Delicious espresso. I don't live in Kalamazoo, but they seemed to be known as the place to be from a quality coffee standpoint. Wasn't disappointed! Really unique location and interior with diverse seating options for whatever your there to do (work, read a book, hang out with others, etc.). Awesome location on a relaxing red brick street.

I love this place! Kenni is so nice and makes the best drinks. We love playing games here. Definitely the best place to get coffee in Kalamazoo :)

Stopped in after finding this spot based on reviews. Loved it so much we didn’t branch out on day 2- went back for more! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic coffee with homemade syrups (one of us is a purist and one likes flavor - both were great). Also have to say that the Asiago bagel was a top 3 bagel of all time. Don’t skip those!

This location has the best vibes. Cozy places to sit and chat. Wish there were more vegan baked goods though!

They roast their beans onsite, doesn’t get fresher then that.

I ordered espresso and a latte. The espresso seemed earthy and rich, the roast was darker but not overdone. Lovely stuff.

Off the beaten path, quiet, unique and simple. I'd like to check out the mopeds someday when the garage is open. Coffee was great!

Went with my coworker Shon and got a hot chocolate. I love the vibe! It's such a cool looking place! I also found out the owner is a big moped fan!

Such an awesome place. Located in an old historic building in downtown Kalamazoo. Hundred year old hardwood floors creak with history as you walk around. The coffee is top notch. Staff is very friendly. Exposed brick walls add to the charm. They have antique mopeds to look at too. Grayling ceramic studio in the basement produces beautiful items. This is the local business I seek out and support. Stop in for a cup of joe and do the same.

Factory boasts great coffee (best cortado I have ever had!) in a spectacular older building (think dated charm with modern comforts). It's on a quiet street with free street parking and even offers a community bulletin board, a little free library, outdoor patio seating (in the back), and light treats. There are unique flavors like lavender and cardamom available to add to drinks, as well as plant-based milks and sometimes even vegan pastries! This is my FAVORITE coffee spot in Kalamazoo!

First time at Factory Coffee and I'm a big fan. I had a delicious Chai-der and tart for a fall treat. Staff was incredibly friendly and I loved the warm environment of the Frank St. location. Will be back soon!!

Very friendly neighborhood coffee spot. Really hit all the notes for me. Excellent barista served with attention to the craft. I enjoyed my macchiato. The service was above and beyond friendly. I adore Grayling Ceramics, so I was biased before the first time I came in, but fortunately the drinks are quite good, too. The peppermint mocha is sinfully good. The waffle darts are great fun, and the service is always very friendly. Great place to chill and study!

Amazing little coffee shop. They specialize in espresso from San Francisco. The almond croissants taste delicious. Had made pottery for sale made in the basement. Great if you are looking to buy a growler.

Cute little place. Lots of natural light. Outdoor seating. Orange chai latte really hit the spot.

I love the character of this place, it's definitely somewhere I can relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. I'm extremely excited for the new coffee spots around Kzoo and this is another great addition to the scene!

The espresso is on point now, where it previously struggled. Good stuff.

The cutest, unique and best coffee shop in the kzoo area!! Today we had a matcha latte and a cortado, both in which were so amazing and creamy! We also tried a cherry tart and almond croissant and was very impressed! We will definetely be making this our go to coffee shop from now on!! The service was great too!
