Windfern Pointe Apartments

I have lived here since Oct 2022, I have to say I love my apartment and the community. It is very quiet at night & peaceful. Ms. Grace and Ms. Yessica are the best. Always very helpful with any of my needs, Maintenance is super quick when it comes to work orders. The property is always lit, you never catch a light out. Overall, I enjoy living here and plan to stay until I purchase my first home. Thanks for all y’all do for us residents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!

I loved this place I miss everyone i grew up with there I’m so glad i got to live there very nice and well taken care of complex!

We moved here from Corpus Christi, Tx 4 years ago and moved into these apartments. My daughters have grown up here and we love that it’s very family friendly environment. Management is extremely nice and understanding. Maintenance is also great and on top of things. Affordable and awesome place to live!

Ive been living here for the past 4 years and it is an amazing place. The apartments are very clean and up to date. Maintenance is always on top of things. The front office staff is very nice and are very helpful. The complex is very well taken care of overall a great place to live!! Would highly recommend

I love how our manager let's us park on the grass and Hang chairs on the trees like swings, but it sucks how she doesn't let us leave trash bags in our patios for less than 5 seconds. ☹🙄why tho

Let me just say that we have been here for over a year and we don't have any complaints about this place! The staff is friendly and if you need any kind of maintenance they take care of it right away!! Its a friendly environment for kids. I love that they are always looking out for the residents and making ways to make the place a better community. The prices are affordable. I highly recommend this place to live!

Living here was a wonderful experience, I would still be a tenant if it wasn't for personal reasons for leaving. Staff is nice, friendly and very helpful. Property is very family oriented and kids are able to play outside in a safe environment. I would totally be willing to return and live here again and recommend these apartment to anyone looking.

I just moved into the complex a week ago, the process was amazingly easy because of the front office!! I had Carla helping me since day one and she is amazing! She is so helpful and guided me through everything...complex has friendly neighbors and it is very quiet! Maintence works very quickly to fix little issues before I moved in to make it comfortable for me🙏🏻💪🏻👌I love that has easy access to both major freeways Beltway 8 and 290..I highly recommended this place!!!

These apartments are awesome besides being in a great area and school zone the apartments are well maintained and have awesome staff. I would recommend friends and family here any time. The residents there are all family oriented ,great atmosphere new playground and clean pool with plenty of space and last but not least they have a mini soccer area.

In the Windfern Pointe apartments i feel very secure and safe due to everything around always being kept clean and the maintenance always being dedicated to keep everything nice. The leasing office people are always nice and always so dedicated to us when we have questions and needs. i enjoy living here!!

Our family has been living here going on 7 months and could not be happier. It has been many years since we lived in an apartment and coming from a house...we were a bit nervous. However we are very pleased living at Windfern Pointe. The management are awesome and are so nice!! If there is anything that needs to be fixed...maintenance is fast and pleasant. It feels like home here and I recommend it to anyone who needs a new place to call home!! Thank you Windfern Pointe!

The staff is very friendly and works great with you in time of need! They recently had church service in the gazebo area which I thought that was awesome to offer! Kids club is a great way for kids to get to know their neighbors! Love it here!

I highly recommend this community apartment complex, it’s been a great place to live so far. Quiet and safe. I am very thankful about all the places and restaurants (Zoe’s Kitchen is one of them) who are helping this community Bringing free Delicious meals Monday through Friday during this hard time of covid -19 . Just moved into Windfern Pointe Apartments.Very nice apartments, but my attention was not just the apts, it was the customer service. The leasing agent, Mariana Reyes deserves 5 *****. She made us to feel very comfortable in an at home with family sort of way. very detailed oriented. Hats off to you Mariana. I do know this, if our living experiences is any way like the customer service we got, shall be a wonderful place to reside.

I am a long time resident, very pleased with the office ladies and outside staff they are always super helpful, the community offers a free kids club which is great help. Also the property is very well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. They offer free kids club and have many community activities. I’ve never know any apartment that does nice things like this for us. The office staff has amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to help you.

I came in today to inquire about this apartment.I spoke with Miranna ...She was super nice and very informative. She worked with me after I explain that I had to relocate due to my job. I told her that I had other apartments to look at and that I would come back before closing.Well I look at the other apartments and to make a long story short. I found my way back to Windfern Pointes. Due to the fantastic customer service that I received here.I do feel confident that I'm making a great choice! Thanks Miaranna for making me feel like this is my new home😊😊

I am a current resident and I love living here. The office manger Mrs. Grace is very helpful with any problem that I have. She is a wonderful listener and very understanding of any situation that you have.She is always on top on everything and works at a great pace in getting everything thing finished and finalized for you on time.
