They went out of their way for me several times and has gotten answers from CRS that we can not get ahold of now. They truly care about their customers and want the best for them. They answer immediately and have fixed any issues that we've ran into. Taylor even went as far as fixing my power chair that wasn't even from them because healthline medical brought it out refused to set it up and noone will answer now or come out. And it took Taylor literally less than a few minutes. He even helped us with our puzzle and loved the dogs! I'm am beyond amazed and impressed with Newlifemedical Suppliers. And Taylor is by far the best person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Rodric is always outstanding to work with as well. The management knew we needed a very fast turnaround on securing s reclining wheelchair. We got it in 2 days! In addition they gave us Edward for our delivery contact. He is actually an ATS (Assistant Technology Specialist). He was very hands on once the device was delivered and did a spectacular job of coordinating delivery and especially assembly and setup. This is our third experience with New Life and we couldn’t be more pleased

Taylor really helped me understand the smart drive and how to do the settings. He took me outside and watched me used the chair at different speeds to make sure I understood how to use it at different speeds. He was very patient when questioned was asked and was very professional. I would love to work with him any time!

We finally got our wheelchair, and he had been such a gentleman throughout the process, such as helping us with questions I had and being on top of the manufacturer with shipping our chair. Taylor was so helpful with the replacement of my accuator plus he went over and above with his patience and clever maneuvering to make sure that all my concerns and issues were as fixed as possible and that my chair was more than just functional. Great company to deal with. I especially want to single out Lee, the driver that delivered my workstation. He truly went above and beyond all expectations of awesome service. I was absolutely no help at all to him as I'm disabled and he not only moved some furniture around for me, but volunteered to sweep up the area as well. He then brought everything in, set it all up, then gave me a quick orientation on how it all worked. Very patient, very helpful. I am extremely satisfied and very pleased with the service.
