Allstate Insurance: Vicki Melass

I have been an Allstate customer for over 30 years and with the same agency carrying in the past not only homeowners insurance but multiple vehicle insurance. I have always been treated professional and with respect. The staff are really a pleasure to work with as well as just to answer questions.

Everyone there is helpful, anytime I call or need anything. We miss Charlotte after she retired, but the transfer to this office was easy and everyone there is wonderful!! We have been with Allstate almost 40 years and plan to stay.

Staff is very helpful. Was locked out when out-of-state on a holiday. Sent receipt for payment and Allstate promptly reimbursed me for cost. Always get immediate responses to my questions.

I have had great experience with allstate. I do have a problem with the prices. You have a 63 year old women with a clean driving record,senior, and still paying over $ 150.00 a month for one car full coverage.
