Best red wing location I've been to! Zach was VERY helpful, he help me find a shoe that works for me since I am on my feet all day. He is very knowledgeable & knew exactly what I needed & answered any questions I had & was happy to help! Thank you, I will definitely be coming back & telling all my coworkers to come see Zach for their shoe needs!

Zach provided absolutely excellent customer service tody. He took nearly an hour of his time to help me find the right boot/insole for me. He also helped me understand the required care regimen, and even tried to fix a previous pair which had fallen into disrepair due to my own carlessness.

The associates gave us such attention and care that my mother and I were left amazed and ecstatic with the results. The fit specialists Elysha and Zach helped us find how we stood and walked, to get the best fit and inserts for our shoes. Beats any other shoe store I have been to, and have earned a long term customer. Definitely coming back soon.

My job gave me a voucher to shop at this store and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and the technology used to scan my feet, my feet movement and size came together to find the perfect shoe. I have recommended this franchise to friends and family because it is worth to invest in work shoes that will make your feet feel comfortable all day.

Zach is outstanding. Made great use of the scans and his interpretation of the information they provide is spot on. You can tell he enjoys what he does and you feel well taken care of while you're there

First off, I want to say that Elysha M. was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and had great customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. I was still happy with the boots I chose. I will definitely come back when I need new boots.

I went for the first time to purchase shoes for a new job and have never had a better experience purchasing shoes! The level of knowledge the sales manager gave on my foot scan and each product was excellent. He welcomed all customers in the store with the same level of respect and friendliness. I was so happy leaving I called friends and family to tell them that they have to go to a red wing and experience what they have to offer! I can’t wait to go back and make another purchase!

Elysha and Brandon are awesome! They both took such great care of me finding the best pair of working boots. I absolutely love the quality of shoes and greatly appreciate the fun experience.

We were in Frisco and the store closed in 20 minutes. Being that they were the only store that had the style and size we needed, we called in a bit of a panic because my husband really needed the boots for work the next day, and we knew we wouldn’t make it there before they closed. Not only did Oscar and Elysha stay later for us, they didn’t rush us and made sure that the boots fit my husband to his liking.
Customer service is NOT what it used to be, but Oscar and Elysha understand how important it is and they walk the walk!!! Thank you again to these two for going the extra distance for your customers!!!

I got a pair of boots from here and had to return them (great boots but going from an 8" to 6" just wasn't going to work for me). Elysha was super helpful returning the boots and locating a different pair that would meet my needs.

I have worn Red Wing work boots for 40 years. I have also worn box store boots. The Red Wing boots I am still wearing decades later are by far a better investment.

I haven't been in a redwings store before. They were knowledgeable and had some cool technology that 3D scanned my feet and they measured how I walked and selected some great shoes and insoles for me. After a week with my new shoes my feet feel great. I'll be heading back to a redwings soon to buy some more.

Good selection and great, friendly service. The staff took their time to ensure a correct and comfortable fit and had the model I wanted delivered in the correct size within a couple days. Second time purchasing from this stora and I have been very happy both times.

If you want a great pair of work boots, you will not find any beyter than Red Wings. Made of really durable leather and composits that are safey minded and doesn't hurt your feet. The Cowboy styles are heavy but after wearing them for a while, I don't notice it that much.
Very pricey but well worth the money. They also offer tennis shoes , ⁷never will work in any other pair of boots. Red Wings will help keep your feet from injury.

Samantha was an absolute life saver, needed the cables replaced on my boas and the manager wasn’t there to do it and she stepped up and replaced them within a few minutes like a Pro!

Oscar at this location was so much help great customer service, probably the best I’ve gotten in years. Come shop here they’ll take good care of you.

They went above and beyond good quality customer service !! Helped us diagnose with their machines what kinda support my husband needed in his work boots and guess what it's been 2 months and he has no more lower back pain!! He's a tower climber so his legs and back needed that tlc
