Leslee was very helpful in getting my wife and I switched over from a different carrier. She even helped us transfer our numbers and all personal data from the old phones to the new ones.

This place is amazing. The staff Rocks. I was having trouble setting my watch to my phone. They took care of me here. No geek squad purchase needed here! They have the best trained and knowledgeable staff. All I needed was patience and it was worth the wait.

They Have Even Recommend That You Get Better Prices On Line Through Verizon. So Since 2018 I Have Always Gotten Amazing Deals On Line.. Everytime We Need A New Phone We Shop At Verizon Website. We Have The Unlimited Data Plan And With Our Plan We Pay Around $80 A Month For 2 Lines. It Helps Too Stay With One Company. Love Verizon.

The lady that started helping me was super nice and they were doing everything in their power to keep me safe! I had to get a new phone bc mine stopped working. Blake even got me a great bundle deal while I was looking for a case.

The young lady was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She fixed my phone and had me out the door in just a few minutes

I had to change out my sim card, and the associate was helpful in making sure I was taken care of since I lost my sim key for my phone.

Very good experience today. Young lady at the Verizon Store named " London " was very helpful. I have been with Verizon for a long time & never have I been told that my being a Veteran I was entitled to a 15 percent discount on my phone plan, to bad I can't get a pro-rate going back to the beginning of my joining Verizon, at least I'm now going to benefit from the 15 percent, thanks to London.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Was a great experience just wish plans weren't so expensive but I guess you get what you pay for because the service is the best around.
