These people were hired by AT&T to dig trenches in my neighborhood and specifically, my yard, to lay cable. I called the crew chief before they ever set foot on my property to ask that I be called when they WERE on my property because I have dogs. He assured me he would. Fast forward three days later when I get home late from work in the dark, I let my dogs outside. THEY LEFT THE GATE OPEN AND MY DOGS ESCAPED! NO phone call that they had been in my yard!! I almost did not get my black Lab back and it took me 45 minutes to find the other rescue dog before she made it to the busy street by my house. I then secured my gate and texted the crew chief pictures of food trash the men left in my yard and my dogs had begun eating. The men BROKE my gate to gain entry to my back yard instead of hopping over the 3.5 foot high gate. They wantonly destroyed my property and then when they tried to "fix" their damages, they made it worse. These subcontractors have absolutely NO respect for anyone else's property at all. I was also talked down to by several higher ups from this company when I called to complain. I was told that the men were NOT eating in my yard & that was simply an onion or a flower bulb that they had dug up. I have photos of the cut orange peel that the dogs were attempting to eat. That does NOT look like an onion or an flower bulb. Oh and the half eaten bag of Cheetos they stuck in my fence boards was also not what it appeared. If they are hired to do any work in YOUR yard, you better have someone at your house at all times and they better speak Spanish because NONE of their workers speak English. I am STILL trying to get this fiasco resolved.

These guys hire contractors who not only steal pay from their employees, but also do drugs in the work trucks and on site. Currently I’m being threatened by terry Hearn of bezr corp. one of their subcontractors for attempting to collect my unpaid wages! I’d think twice before working for either!

Pulled their trailer in my yard and left huge ruts in my grass. Left no card or information about how to contact them for repair. Was only to identify them thanks to on site cctv.

Damaged my property. Do not let them work on your property!!!
