Came in to this store today after struggling with a project and was immediately helped by a man named James! Couldn’t have asked for better customer care and service!! I went to several other stores today for my project and not one person had diligence enough to help me other than this man and this store! Highly recommend for diy projects and service ! Thank you James!!

I went to three other places looking for a specific part and was sold things that didn't work at all three other places, then I went to Groom & Sons' Home center and got the exact part that I needed hassle free. I will return because of great customer service and awesome prices!10 out of 10 recommend. I didn't get the name of one of the ladies that assisted me but, Jessica was the cashier and she was great as well.

Tonya and the entire staff are truly amazing. Always helpful and kind, and eager to put a smile on your face. Everyone works as a team and the genuinely treat the customers like family.

I work at BoldBox Storage down the road (the self storage facility). I come here all the time when I need some tools or material to fix something. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I recommend them to all.
