Pretty decent gym with great equipments. The people who work at the gym are actually Frank and motivating all the time. Fernando motivates you to push yourself and trains you really good. Would recommend this place instead of any mainstream franchise. And the best bet, it's open 24/7.

Was in from out of town and this gym was awesome. Owner is friendly, the gym has an old school feel and it didn't hurt we got to select our own music to listen to. Will be going back for sure when Im back in town!!

I love this gym! The trainer caters to your needs and goals. Fernando's passion for transforming others is very contagious and motivating!

Me gusta mucho este gimnasio, por que esta bien completo, hay muchas mancuernas de peso libre, hay suficientes bancas y diferentes estilos de barras, en especial los entrenadores saben mucho y te ayudan a llegar a tus objetivos. Con llos entrenamientos y plan alimenticio. Y lo mejor es que puedes ir a cualquier hora pues esta abierto 24/7

Tiene todo lo nesesario para tus ejercicios y es barato, muy buen ambiente

Was really considering getting a gym here after having a little “practice” session. We had gotten permission to workout there by the owner and after returning for another workout, 2 “staff” members storm in very hostile asking who we are. My friend who let us in, who is only a teenager, was not treated right or professionally, neither was I. Threatening to call the police because we had permission to workout there? In addition, I had double checked with them to clean up what we used and the “staff” used that against us. If anything we left a pole out with a 45 on it but I mean it’s a gym you cannot be serious. Also, going back in because I forgot my backpack where my wallet is considered “going in and out” okay sure. No longer pursuing a membership at this gym due to lack of professionalism and communication between customers and so called “staff” or whatever those 2 women were. Stripping a teenager from the key to the gym is also outrageous since we had made it very clear we wanted no problems and were grabbing our things to exit the gym. Really wish I could rate 0 stars.
