Angleton Seafood Restaurant

This is the best kept secret in Angleton! My husband was searching for a seafood restaurant that wasn’t so commercial, yet good, and affordable! He hit the jackpot with this place! We have been to this place twice and when I tell you the food is plentiful for price, served hot, and fresh! The food is delicious and to top it off the service is like being in a 5 star restaurant! I haven’t tried everything but the fish and shrimp are seasoned well and fried to perfection! They don’t pile your plate up with French fries to make the plate look full; they give you large pieces of fish! The hostess remembered my granddaughter (she loves the attention) and the waitresses are attentive, friendly and thorough! The place is very clean and the atmosphere gives you a feeling of peace and comfort! The pictures below is a child’s plate!

Food is so good! Seafood fans would love it! Cole Slaw is A-1! Boudin Balls are awesome!!!

Had a great meal today. Clara was my waitress and was excellent. Shrimp crab and oysters were really fresh. Shop local keep our money in Angleton

Very good fried shrimp and fish. Only thing I didn't really like was the coleslaw had vinegar in it and the red sauce had vinegar in it never had it like that but not a big deal

First time at Angleton Seafood. Arrived at 4pm. Was greeted & seated by hostess who was smiling. The scenery on the back wall was beautiful. I ordered daily special bowl of gumbo & 2 fish. My friend ordered flounder. This was the best gumbo I've ever had! The rue had a stout, bold, yet smooth flavor. The catfish was very good. I tried the flounder for the 1st time & it was amazing. Dk what seasonings they use for the veggies but the broccoli was great. Service was good. The place was quiet here! No scraping chairs across floors, loud TV's, & seeing ur waitress once, or waiting long time for food. Go to Angleton.

First time trying this place and we were definitely surprised, the food was very good and the service great ,food came out fast, and everything tasted wonderful.

One of my new favorite restaurants. Worth going out of the way heading to or from Surfside. HUGE fish filets, awesome shrimp, and incredible fries and hush puppies. Would recommend everything, but the fried red snapper was the best. Our server, Avary was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

OHHH Man this place was a surprise. Family showed up to eat for Fathers Day and it was not packed. We were concerned because usually any restaurant is packed. However, The food was Delicious. As a family we Ordered the seafood platter, fried rice, burgers and Mexican Shrimp cocktail. We will definitely be back and so happy that we stopped by. Had a great experience. As a father I just wanted to take it easy, relax and enjoy a good meal and beer. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best sea food around. Gumbo is killer. Everything is crispy and flavorful. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. Love this place.

A great place to eat. I love the shrimp either fried or grilled. My sister had the grilled catfish with dirty rice and vegetables. This is also a great choice. Every thing I've had has been excellent. A good place to take visitors and experience great gulf coast food and service. Wait staff is professional and attentive. Either location, Angleton or Lake Jackson, is a really good choice to enjoy seafood.

Lunch Special was Seafood Gumbo with two pieces of fried Catfish for me! (They would cook your catfish any way you liked it!) it was served with Rice! I bought a lunch Salad and had Ice Tea! The food here (my first time) is as good as their food in their Sea Food restaurant in Lake Jackson; were I have eaten many times! You know, when Sysco employees (FOOD SERVICE) have lunch their it is always a good sign; 2 are at the table next to ours!

Grilled shrimp was *amazing*, our server literally was beaming and happy. Honestly his vibe was so refreshing and made all the difference. When paying, I was asked how the food was and I said “SO good!”, another person behind me said their food was delicious! So glad we stopped here. Will be by again.

We discovered a quaint seafood restaurant after leaving the beach! Great food, excellent prices and huge portions. Will be back again soon!

Everything was pretty good! Server was helpful and attentive. Food delicious and meaningful portions. Price also reasonable and place was clean. Will be coming back whenever in town!

I called and placed an order for 12 dinners to take to an assisted living home to treat the residents. Alicia answered the phone very politely and took my order. When I arrived to pick it up, Alicia was at the checkout counter just inside the entrance. She made sure that all the sauces were included and that there were 12 orders. She was a sweetheart and very professional throughout the ordering process. She even helped me to my car with my order. After I delivered the meals to the nursing home, I called back and spoke to Alicia again about two more orders to take home for dinner. Again, all the sauces were included and our order was ready to go. The food is always excellent and the portions are very generous. I know that the twelve residents at the nursing home thoroughly enjoyed their fish and were very excited about their special treat for dinner. Thank you, Alicia for making sure everything was as it should be!

Alicia was AMAZING! Great service and the food was so good! The best shrimp I’ve ever had! It was so meaty and the seasoning was perfect! The manager was super sweet and personable as well! You can tell they loved their job and respect the owners by doing so good! We will be back before we head back home to Ohio! Thank you again! So good!

Would definitely reccomend. Stopped by at lunch hour expecting a wait but was seated immediately. Staff was friendly. Order was delivered quickly and was great. Good value for money. Will come back again.

Awesome staff and food. The best i have ever had. Crawfish was tasty and I got mine extra spicy. A very good price for the food.

Always get the fish and shrimp and it's always good,plenty of fries but I don't like the coleslaw,never had pickles in my coleslaw,and I always get it to go and it's always ready on time

We ate crayfish. 2#s & they added another 1# for $21.. I like spicy. They were awesome! Going again n 2 weeks..
