My family and I moved from North Carolina we’ve have been apart of Tiburon community for a little over a year now. I love the staff the are friendly. It’s a great safe place to live 😊

I’ve been living at the community for over 5 year in different units I even left and came back! With all apartments you’ll have some issues, but when it came to property management and maintenance I’ve yet to be disappointed.

Yesterday my unit a/c went out after business hours, in less than an hour German with maintenance came to take look. He was nice professional and very informative on what was going on and had it running before he left. Well in the middle of night it went out again. I put in the work order and they responded maybe less than 30 min. This time it was Jose and German, and once again really nice professional and informative. Within an hour they responded, found and fixed the issue then even changed my filter.
Not to mention our front office Brandy is always so helpful I love this property.

Thank you guys for your hard work because one thing I refuse to play with is the Houston heat!

I’ve been living at this community for a few months now and I’ve been very satisfied and grateful for everyone (staff/ employees included) that has been making my stay very accommodating and I want to thank the maintenance team for everything that they have been doing
Just recently my a/c went out a work order in and the team responded the next morning and Jose and German were the ones that came and help and fixed my a/c both gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable about what happened and kept informing me about what they were doing. I was very happy with the results.

Maintenance is doing a great job taking care of work orders swiftly. Jose and German installed a new washer, dishwasher and replaced couple of smoke detectors in no time today. Appreciate the great work they do with kindness

Took a tour on Friday love the space on the 2 bedroom apartment and the pool is amazing can’t wait to move in!

I Iike all the amenities on this apartments the gym is really big and the pool I love my new apartment.

Visited their office and loved the way they decorated their property. Brandy was super friendly, informative, and professional. Make sure you ask for Brandy when you go in.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and have gone through 3 property management companies. This one is by far the best - Jacqueline Ruiz specifically is so helpful. Maintenance is great and always quick. Now is the time of you’ve been thinking about moving here!!

So far so good. Staff is pretty friendly, maintenance is always prompt and professional. The stairwells could use a good power washing. The trash company picks up the trash and some bags leak, and it creates flies, odor, and stains.

Iris is so helpful, she makes me feel welcome when I visit the office. Ask for her!!!

Loving my new home.....Tiburon Apartments!! Beautiful property, gorgeous view of the pool (from my window!), and close to work. The manager Mike has been great! He made finding my new place exciting and fun. Everyone in the office and the maintenance people are all so friendly, always waiving and asking if I need anything. So happy with my decision!!

We have had nothing but great customer service from the beginning. Brandi has been great! We love our new apartment! The pool is big and gorgeous. Property is well kept. Thank you

Brandy was wonderful on our tour, she was very knowledgeable about the property and catered to our needs. I highly recommend Tiburon and make sure you ask for Brandy.

I and my spouse live in this apartment complex. In the last several months, the maintenance in the apartment complex has improved very significantly and in most cases requests are attended within 24 - 48 hours which we think is very reasonable. We are quite happy with the timely completion of our maintenance requests and that's why renewing our lease here for another year and revising my ratings from one star to five star. Thanks a lot to all the maintenance crew members and leasing office team!!
Also want to recognize Staffinie in the front office. She deals with the new lease, lease renewal and any other issues regarding apartment and based on our interaction with her we can say, she is very helpful and tries her best to provide excellent services. Good luck to you Staffinie. Please continue to provide excellent services.

My Review of the Property About a year Ago

I moved in Tiburon Apartments in Jan 2016 and have been living here for over a year now. It was all good in the beginning for around 8 months or so but for past few months there has been very serious deterioration in timely completing maintenance requests. I submitted four work requests on March 8th 2017 and all the work requests are still pending despite of my personal reminder in leasing office several times. It is not the first time, excessive delay in completing the maintenance requests has become the norm now. Previously, i submitted a simple maintenance request on Feb 8th 2017 which was attended only on March 1st 2017. Overall, its s nice property, nice apartments and nice location. Only drawback is long delay in attending maintenance issues and handling of any other paper work by leasing office. If prompt maintenance is in your priority list, then Tiburon Apartment at west road is not for you unfortunately. Except maintenance issues, apartment complex is nice.

Office staff very polite and informative answered all my questions. Complex looks very nice and clean lookin forward to my move in date !

I’ve been a current resident @ Tiburon since 2009; living in same area most of all my life. Although I moved in at Tiburon in 2009, there is still several other residents who Moved in before me prior to 2009 And like me, still living here, too. This should say it All! :-) I have never lived anywhere this many yrs in a row, because I like change. Entire Office Family Truly Cares about their Residents, I have always felt like part of the family here. Most times when someone does move, it’s because they are purchasing a home. Neighbors have respect for each other. Hallways are clean, no loud music, or trash laying around. Maintenance Team is AWESOME, too! Delivery & solving any issues immediately. Landscaping is clean. Amenities are top of line and are always kept up working properly open 24 hours. Coolest Swimming Pool ever & CLEAN!! Palm Trees, modern Chairs with comfy Pillows, Huge Gas Grills that WORK (Tiburon provides Gas tanks) pool closes at 10pm each night. Tiburon has a very Diverse Culture & tends to be Family Oriented ; & Pet Friendly. ONE Of The BEST Cares Team EVER On Property TORI AND LUKE!!! Tori & Luke host several Different events monthly encouraging as many possible residents to attend the festivities, great way to relax; many times there’s delicious food to eat ; tons of laughter; loads of fun; possible door prizes or whatever else they may have planned for event; events are always worth attending; I always leave with a smile on face heart & soul.

I was so excited when I called the office and found out the new management team is the team from where I moved from like 3 years ago. They are great 😊. It was a breath of fresh air when they answered the phone.
All I have to say is I hope the residents give new management a chance. There is always little things that get mixed up when someone new takes over but I promise they were awesome where I lived before.

I’ve enjoyed living here, employees are always very helpful & have great customer service.
