Hooten's Hardware

Stopped in to see if I could find a set of bearings that I've been looking for. The staff directed me to Scott at the rear of store. Scott measured and referenced a manual. Scott was able to find the right parts. I appreciate him going the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Thanks Scott. The store is amazing.

If they ain't got it, you don't need it. Guns, ammo tools. Even a little gift area for the woman. Big orange and big blue Don't have anything on this place. Plus they have employees with a brain and are actually willing to help you

VERY NICE, large, well stocked store. Most anything you need in one place. Has a lot of things you can't find elsewhere. Great, fair prices. Nice, personable and helpful employees. Was a pleasure working with BUCK on my purchases.

One of the best places to go for your hardware needs. We have purchased tillers, lawnmowers, lumber, and much more. I think the best part is the plumbing section. We have been able to find more items for plumbing emergencies at Hooten's that the Big Box retailers didn't even carry! Oh, and it's so easy to get a pole and meter for new construction! Go here first, you won't regret it!

Great place to shop, but I didn't see any mixer of different people in America working there.

Update 03 2024. This is my first choice now. Good repairs without delay or gouging, and helpful new sales on saws.

My favorite small saw is back to work and I'm glad. I haven't even checked out the whole store. I just buy mowing and gas engine stuff so far but I'll check it out.

The website is functional and advertisements and online prices were consistent. Good deal.

The gas motor equipment has it's own checkout system at the desk by the echo weeder rack. That will save you some time. Ask that clerk your gas trimmer questions and he'll fill and start up your weeder as you are checking out.

Fast friendly service, they always seem to have what I need at good price.

They have almost everything you need without having to drive a long way to get it. I prefer to support local unless I am after big quantities such as lumber. Great customer service always.

Excellent customer service! They went the extra mile in helping me find a replacement for an old obsolete weedeater carburetor.
I've also found Hooten's prices to be lower in comparison to Home Depot and Lowes.

Great little gem in Emory. They have a lot of merchandise. Love their home goods and their shoes and purses for ladies.. friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

Hootens is awesome! The people are friendly and helpful! Clean bathrooms. Lots of RV items, neat unusal kitchen stuff. Selection amazing... ALMOST... if they don't have it, you don't need it. Pricing is a little higher than I think it should be.

We also went to the Nursery... LOTS of beautiful, well kept plants. Good selection of Garden accessories and landscaping items. Could spend the whole day in those 2 places.

Bonus: there's a little restaurant right next to the nursery.. called "Y'all Come Back". Get there in the morning if you like biscuits... they are PERFECT!

This place is like a candy store for hardware and tool enthusiasts. They have a huge assortment of tools, even hard to find types. They also have all sorts of steel and other building and work components that you would normally have to go to a specialty location to source. All of this is under one roof. Where else can you find 1" mild steel bar stock, a complete 4000 pound trailer axle and a nice shotgun all under one roof? I haven't been able to walk out of the store with only what I went in for...

This is my favorite store ever! If you have not been you Must go!!! They have pretty much everything, from building supplies, wood, pipe (steel), lumber, plumbing, lawn/garden, paint/stain, hardware, tools, anything needed for farm related repair, guns, ammo, knives and did I say gifts galore! I could spend hours at this place :) we even do most of our Christmas shopping here.

The lawnmower shop guys are really good at what they do and can just about fix or repair any gas powered engine that I've sent to them. Also store management must really be an awesome dude cause the store carries everything you need for gardening, painting, carpenter accessories, and good deals on just about everything. Plus I have a front row parking space cause I'm in a wheelchair and they have scooters to use to ride around to shop. I never leave empty handed when I leave that store. Awesome place for any man or woman to shop. Its the stuff you need out here in the country.

Great people and great products! Always willing to help figure out what products I need on projects and help me find them in the store. Wide variety of products and services like their metal shop and small engine repair. Very happy to have them in our neighborhood!

First time I've been there and I was like a kid in a candy store! They have alot of "candy" lol and the chainsaw selection was impressive. I can't wait to go back and look around more !

Very polite and helpful staff. The place has a lot of things and is very well stocked for what people in the country would need. I'm glad they're here and not another Home Depot / Lowes!
