We love this location. Here, we always experience the best customer service. The employees are outstanding and incredibly helpful, and this Shoe Carnival offers top-notch customer service. From assisting you with purchasing shoes to the checkout, they are all wonderful and so kind.

The store is clean and well organized, they offer a great selection of footwear, they always have the sizes we need in stock,and the staff is absolutely the best. It is always a terrific shopping experience. I highly recommend it!

The Store had a lot of great sales and the staff is real friendly

Some people have small feet and it becomes difficult to shop for shoes in stores. Thankfully, it isn't my issue (although I have many.) So when buying new shoes, it is nice to have someone offer to try and order it online for you.

You have a great staff at this store and I want to thank Amber for putting up with us. She fielded a lot of odd questions for shipping out of town and return policies. I definitely see us coming back for future purchases.

I was very satisfied with their selection, service, prices, laid back atmosphere, music and the fact that there was plenty of room to move about the isles. The associates were very friendly, informative and helpful.

Shoe Carnival was just perfect. I went in looking for a specific shoe rather than a brand. I was pointed in the right direction. I found a pair of shoes that instantly helped my back pain.

Needed a new pair of shoes for my 14 year old son because he is really going through a growth spurt. The selection was amazing and prices for popular brands of shoes were very reasonable compared to many of the online athletic shoe stores. Customer service was fantastic!! They even carry nice dress shoes for men (I'm a preacher).

My "got to" shoe place. Great brands and fair prices. You are pretty much on your own in there,not much help, but the store is laid out nice, and it is easy to find what you need.

Great place employees need some work not very helpful some of them act like there only there to get there hours without doing any work

We stop in here every 3-4 months. Look at shoes and see if there's anything new. The shoes are all name brand. And they have almost every size anyone will need. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The prices are great for name brand shoes.

THEY HAD A HUGE VARIETY OF BOY SHOES FOR TEENS AND LITTLE BOYS. IM USED TO ONLY SEEING A WHOLE LOT OF STUFF FOR GIRL AND NOT BOYS, SO THIS WAS REALLY NICE. AND ALL 3 OF MY BOYS AGE 13, 7, 5 WAS ABLE TO PICK OUT SHOES THAT THEY REALLY LIKED.

Johnny at this location he's one of the nicest and most helpful customer service representatives that I've met in my life. He identifies personal tastes and helps you out with things style-wise/trending. When I come to Killeen if I ever have to get shoes again, I will only come to this store.

Best people, great customer service. Employees wore masks to protect me and them very much appreciated. Prices very reasonable. Will go back.

Friendly helpful staff, BOGO boots, surprise $10 off credits, how can I you go wrong? I can't with Shoe Carnival. I've gone there and bought 4 pair of all name brand shoes, vans, converse, nike, soda, all for $100! No shoe store can beat that.

Such a friendly and helpful staff at Shoe Carnival, the people are patient and willing to help you! The store is polished, clean and nice, and it's overall a great place to visit with a great variety in shoes when you need them!

Like the sales associate, very helpful. Not a super selection but enough to get by. The store is clean and organized. I'll be visiting again.
