We love coming here. Everyone in my family comes here, and we are always greeted and treated very well. When I come with my best friend, we cut up a little and joke with the employees.. they are awesome folks!! And we always come back 😆 🤣

I've stopped by a few times and the staff has been nothing but helpful and cool. I got a battery with a manufacturing problem and they sorted it out when I came in no sweat.

Shami was very polite and professional and has extreme mannerism and always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Definitely will be back again because of this young man :)

I read the reviews and called before going here. Many have said this is one of the best smoke shop in Killeen. I have to say I agree 1000%. The prices are unmatched by any other in the area. I’ve been to a few places and these prices are about as low as online prices. No crazy markup. The most important part to me was the owner’s passion about his business and how much he cared about building a relationship with his customers over making a huge profit. Had a GREAT experience at King's Smoke Shop & More. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeably about all products. I never felt pressured and was even encouraged to try the product before I purchased it. Pricing is very fair and the shop was very clean. The older gentleman helped my mom out with a brand new vape and juice. Showed her exactly what to do and how to do it. He took the time to get her settled with the whole process. I went back to get new vapes for me and it was cheaper here then the place I was going to. Definitely recommend going here. They will hook you up.

I would like to say this shop is so freaking cute, even while renovating the store it was still very clean and put together. I was helped by a fantastic lady named Erica, and let me tell you that lady knows how to sell! I would’ve bought everything if I had the money. Erica was very descriptive and informative about every product I asked about. Best customer service ever. 10 stars if I could. Fantastic shop definitely will be shopping there from now on :)

Best smoke shop! They have good selection of Kratom, vapes, and more. The owner is REALLY nice and special orders anything we want. All of the employees are really nice as well. Since we are regulars the owner gives us special deals and tester products free with our purchase of other items.

GENUINE AND COOL PEOPLE HERE! Saleem was so helpful during our first hookah purchase and even let it try it out before purchasing it! He showed us everything we needed and even gave us our first shisha on the house. Samantha was so friendly and sweet! She told us it was her first day and we did not believe her because her customer service was so phenomenal! Will definitely keep returning back for my future hookah purchase and more :)

One of the owner of the shop, I remember his name because he told me what it sounds like but I don’t want to butcher how to spell it so I’ll just at what he told me “ it’s Celine, like Celine Dion, but with an M, not an N.” Well he is amazing. Best customer service I t own and this is the only place I will go hands down.

Ali is amazing. He didn’t overdo selling us things. He just guided us along in our hookah purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable. We will be loyal customers from here on out. Even while others were coming in they were greeting him like he was family, and he treated each individual with kindness. I would definitely recommend them. Ask for Ali when you go!

It’s always a very good experience, the first time I went the black girl asked me questions about what I was looking for and actually gave me useful information on the product I wanted to use, I am a frequent CBD user and the products available are kinda pricy, but the warm friendly environment lulled me into a sale. I do wish they had a customer rewards program, since the people inside the store looked like loyal customers. Edit: Ali is night shift sometimes I help around the shop if he lets me. He is a hard worker around the store and has an answer for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. Very cool people that work there. I recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase smoking supplies and tobacco related products. Beside is a restaurant that is very convenient 😎
