Talk about conflict resolution!!!!! I've been doing business with this Aaron's for over two years and everything has been smooth sailing. For the most part i have been satisfied. Never really had an issue until recently.... HOWEVER the way that my issue was handled has outshined the "issue". Through my complaints and/or feedback the employees were called to show that they had exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills and that is exactly what they did! I am happy with the outcome. Thanks Nicole and ladies.

The process was very easy. I applied online and was approved. I walked in and they looked up my information and how much I was approved for. After that they were very helpful and knew a lot about the items they were selling. I even was able to have my washer/dryer and TV delivered the same day. This location is very clean and has a lot of items to choose from.

Love Aaron's always helpful Frank does a great job staff is friendly even if I get behind I don't feel pressured and stressed they are very understanding as long as you talk to them. Great job Aaron's.

I must say this Aaron's store is great they texted me reminding me of my payment due rather than bother me with a phone call i don't like being called on a Saturday. Very happy with washer & dryer. Jeff was very friendly he answered my questions that i had regarding purchasing a laptop.

Frank Evans! I will definitely remember his name. I called in attempt to return my furniture due to the sol reason of trying to cut down bills even though I only had 7 payments left.. I moved to OH from TX a few month ago and have been struggling amid Covid, my new son, transitioning from army to civilian among other things. Frank worked with me and managed to cut my payment in half so I wouldn't have to give up all the money I've put into this beautiful set. Thank you so much Frank! You're truly a blessing and have made my day.

June 18th my husband, son and I went to Aaron’s in Killeen to look for a washer and dryer set. We were helped right away they offered my son snacks. Mrs Racquel helped us with the paper work and got us taken care of in a timely manner. Our expected delivery date was July first but got the phone call yesterday they were in. We only had to wait 8 days so we were very happy with that! Today I walked into the store before I even got to the desk Mrs Racquel greeted me by name! Very professional great customer service! Thank you! 😁

I absolutely love Aaron’s these two guys helped me out so much yesterday Monday 03/21/22 at approximately 6:00pm I’m not sure who works them shifts but them two men was so much help

I love this store. Always greeted by my last name. Friendly atmosphere. Employees are awesome and si is the manager here. The best.

Got a new TV from them and the staff was super friendly and very patient
