Quality Inn Cookeville

Great value for an overnight stay. It is a little tricky to find, but once you see the green Quality Inn sign you've made it! Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows, the lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful, the workout room has minimum basics but they get the job done, and the hot water worked great for a shower after a long day.

Room is clean, quiet, comfortable. Elevator works quick. Front desk guys are very nice. This will be our go to place when coming to Cookeville.

We had a wonderful experience at Quality Inn. The service was outstanding, the price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. We will be staying with them when we return to Cookeville in the fall. Also, the location was great!

Hotel is in the midst of a total remodel/makeover and the results are fabulous! Rooms are beautifully furnished. Bath is updated and well lit. The bed and the linens are SO comfortable. Parking is a little tight when the hotel is full and room numbers are a little wonky but it looks as if that is due to previous buildings having been torn down! Definitely a great stay!

It's a friendly place to stay. I'd recommend it highly!

Google maps doesn't give you right instructions. You can see it but you gotta go down further to turn in by the winery place parking lot and go around by where you see super 8 and follow it on around. But def this is one of the better quality quality inns. Front counter ppl were super helpful AND friendly.

We had a tornado hit the town where we live. We had no electricity for a few days and the nights were going to be cold. We decided to book a hotel for a couple of nights until the power could be restored. The manager was awesome. She booked us the room and made sure we had everything we needed. The dryer coin mechanism messed up and couldn't be pushed in to accept the money. The manager personally came down and fixed it. The staff was super friendly and very helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We checked in late but this hotel was a huge shocker. Newly renovated rooms. Huge common area, and indoor pool with a wall separating to an adjoining outdoor pool, waterslide, and atrium in huge lobby. Bag breakfast because of coronavirus but let me tell about my bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud and I fell right to sleep. The staff greeted us with utmost courtesy and respect. My room was so clean and the entire hotel smelled amazing.

Did an overnight stay to get out of the house. The staff could not have been more friendly. The room was a fair size, and very clean. The amenities were easy to locate and use. The breakfast was simple, but much better than expected. And being able to swim comfortably in February was incredible.

Its been approximately a year since I last stayed here. The hotel staff has always been great. The remodeling of the hotel is breathtaking. New paint and rugs throughout and the newly renovated bathrooms with huge mirrors and lighting will make this Quality Inn the place to stay.

My stay was amazing!!!! The staff here is awesome and friendly! Rooms are nice and clean.Wendy is amazing hands down. I had a stressful time booking online I was getting the run arounds from a 3rd party online booking . Wendy helped me through it! She made my day sooooo much better! Thank you sooo much. I would recommend quality inn to anyone!!

We stayed here for six days and it was a very good experience. Our room was nicely remodeled and comfortable. We were totally pleased with breakfasts, unlike most motel breakfasts. Wonderful biscuits, eggs, sausage, gravy and grits....even egg casserole. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you!
The lobby is beautiful and the pool looked great. Great place for families to enjoy.

A great place to stay! I know sometimes Quality Inns aren't that great, but this one was fantastic! I booked through my choice app, we arrived around midnight, staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great. I will say this hotel has both indoor corridor rooms and outside door. When I booked on my app, I chose a executive room, which was a inside corridor room. We didn't use the pool, but they have a very nice indoor and outdoor pool, with a great lobby and some old school video arcade games which I wished I had time to play! Anytime I need I a hotel in this area, this will be my first choice. Wonderful experience!

Front desk attendant Tanner was very nice and helpful. The room was was nice because they had just remodeled it 2 weeks ago. My girls loved the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was great and had alot of choices. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, and wonderful. The staff were very nice! My kids and I felt safe, which is important when we travel alone. They are under
construction/remodeling, but they keep it very clean.

I must say the parking is completely inadequate and terrible confusing to find in the first place. Other than that, great plze to stay. Clean, quiet, and safe. The price of a king room will run ya about $80 total. Beds are moderately comfortable, bathrooms are average, and breakfast is low key (waffle/cereal/danish). No other amenities to speak of.

Great hotel with awesome customer service. When we showed up they told us that some of the rooms were out of hot water, but should be back on by 9pm. We had a choice of rooms, but we took the discount because we didn't need a shower until the morning, so no big deal. We woke up and the hot water still wasn't fixed. They apologized several times, let us take showers in an executive suite and we only had to pay $5 for our room! Nice, clean hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

I want to give a big shout out to Nathan for helping me after a long day driving! Since the parking was tight and I was tugging a camper, he went and personally checked to see where I could park. The room was great, the bed comfy, and I really appreciate such great service from this young man! Thank you!

New GM, many changes being made, going to be legendary service. Room was spotless, bed was very well made, spotless linens, very inviting upon entry. Much bigger then it appears, Will be returning, without hesitation. Good sized breakfast, loved the waffles. Love the fact that they support local heroes.
