The customer service at this store is amazing. The associate that helped me, Tony, was so helpful and a wonderful person. He was very interested in helping me find the perfect pieces for my home. It was such a joy to sit and talk to him. We need more people like him in customer service. You rock Tony!!

My husband and I have bought a sectional, recliner, dining room table, bed frame, mattress, and dresser from Badcock. I believe Nicole has helped us every time and we leave feeling happy with our purchases and valued every time. Every thing we ordered was delivered within 2 weeks and assembled for us. This is the BEST place in town to purchase furniture for your home. It’s not overwhelming when you walk in and you don’t feel pressured to make a sale like you would at other furniture stores. We will continue to spend our hard earned money here at Badcock !

I had such a great experience when I went into Badcock Home Furniture in Cookeville. Nicole greeted me and I asked her about a leather sofa I saw online. We went right to it, and then we sat and just talked. She was so friendly I felt like I knew her for years. I walked through the store and thought the presentation of the furniture was perfect. They have such a great selection of furniture, I was really impressed. I purchased my leather sofa, recliner, and even found another leather recliner for my bedroom. Thanks to Nicole I will be back to Badcock Home Furniture very soon!!

This experience was great and unlike any other furniture shopping experience. When we walked in Anthony introduced himself and then said if you need me let me know. He wasn't lingering or stalking but if I had a question he came over right away and answered them. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. We just moved to TN and needed furniture. We also needed furniture now. He let me know what stuff they had in stock and was able to get me in a few days which was great. He didn't try to push me into buying something I was looking for or needed. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning when we needed new furniture.

I absolutely love the furniture Badcock set me up with in a last minute bind. I had to find an apartment & furniture & only had days to do so. Daniel got me approved for everything I needed to be comfortable & provide a good home for my family within a week. Financing was easy & Daniel gave me the absolute best customer service I had received up to that point. I visited several furniture places prior to meeting Daniel & the other facilities had some of the highest prices & applied pressure towards financing that day. Daniel & the associates at Badcock were very helpful with no pressure. They gave me space & time & allowed me to decide on all my pieces & even worked with me to change & exchange some things on my order. Delivery was so fast & easy. I had a fully furnished home in less than a week. I am in the service business & deal with the public daily as a professional. Daniel & the team at Badcock in Cookeville TN have the best prices & customer service in the furniture business. Go see them today & ask for Daniel. I was very pleased with the service and buying process. Delivery was great! They helped to set it up and bring it in! Very happy with this decision I made... it's been a year since I bought my king bed and mattress set. Very durable, and still like new... this was my first time buying a mattress set, they said you have 30 days if you chose you do not like it, to bring it back. That insured that my sleeping on it was a good fit for me :) I'm on my way to now go buy my son's new beds!!

Anthony helped me find what I needed and answered all my questions. Pricing is reasonable. No pressure to buy. He allowed me time to look around and patiently waited for me to make up my mind. So far so good. I will update my post once my furniture is delivered.

Very good customer service. They listen to your need and try to find you want you want without trying to sell you what u don't want. All credit score are able to get some type of credit if that's your option. Daniel Rodas I particular is an excellent personnel.

When I first went to Badcock, I had awful credit. The employees there helped me to get approved for their rent to own program. Since then, my credit has gone up over 100 pts in the (almost) 2 years I have been going to them. I now own a bedroom set, a new washer, a new dryer, and now a new side by side refrigerator.
