Ordered a beautiful dress but wrong size so had to return in store. This store is as clean and neat as any I’ve seen. Very pleasantly surprised. Seems to be an older store but very very nice. We will be back to shop for the holidays. Very nice and helpful staff as well!

Great sale! Also had a return. Young lady was very helpful. I got the item returned. Very happy also with my purchase.

Went for shoes & a shirt for my 15 year old son. Found exactly what I needed plus 2 beautiful dresses, jewelry, shoes for me & a beautiful purse for my 18 year old daughter. Super clean, easy check out & the coupons are fantastic! I always get such great deals here. The quality of the items can't be compared to any other store. Beautiful jewelry also.

Ordered online and went into the store to pick up. Instead of a customer service area, you go to any checkout and the register person will go and get your order. Wasn't busy so this method worked out well. After we picked up the items we could try them on and leave if we were happy with the purchase. We hear that Penneys is it financial trouble, but this store looks nice and we'll stocked. My wife likes to shop there.

Hadn't been shopping in a long time. I needed shorts for work and they have longer shorts that are decent length for working. They had a great sale. I bought 4 pair.

Rachel (the manager) @ the salon was awesome. She always does exactly what I ask her to or if I'm undecided, she gives me ideas & helps me decide. Also met a couple of the other stylists that work there today & they're just really nice ppl.

I love all of JC Penny's things I was a cashier there and I felt like part of a family. But I'm still wearing my Levis I bought when I was 17 and now I'm 54 they have best quality cloths bras household jewelry. Wish I still lived close to one. Wonderful service and quality.

I ordered 8 bras and I got 5 pair of UGLY pajamas. I got a great price ordering bras, when I had to go to the store to correct the order I didn't get the bras at the same price. I ordered on line because I am not physically able to shop ,but I had to go to store anyway.

Love this store and have for many years. However it's not what it once was and it's sad to see the lack of enthusiasm the community seems to have for a great business.

My hair cut from previous salon really messed up my hair, but she fixed back to normal.

It's Christmas time and had great service just like I do at every Christmas when I go in there shopping it wasn't overly crowded everybody pretty much had a mask on I was looking at jewelry and they had some really good sales going on the store manager was actually helping in the jewelry section and was helping me and I had him open probably 8 or 9 different cases I looked at probably 15 or 20 different rings and when I finally found the ones that I liked I walked out of there with a $2,500 discount
if you're in cook for and your Christmas shopping for your wife or girlfriend and are looking for jewelry I definitely recommend going in JCPenney's

I guess everyone has guessed that I love to shop and always looking s for sales. JC Penney is at the top of my stops for good sales. So if you are a penny pincher like me, you should stop here.

This JC Penney is a nice place. Its a little smaller than most but the selections are still very good. With a nice staff it makes for good shopping. Heck...we even bought our wedding rings here!

JCPenney is a great place to shop. Especially for the savvy shopper who combines their awesome high percentage off sales with their frequent coupons they offer. I've scored some great deals online too.

I bought my son's school clothes here and got a great deal. Sweet people. Love the hair salon as well.
