The staff was friendly and helpful. We told them we were are buying today. They thanked us for coming to their store. They answered our questions and told us to take pictures of what we liked.

The show room was huge and they had great prices and they have so much to offer. The staff was so helpful but not pushy even though they were super busy the day we bought our sofa. The delivery guys showed up exactly when they said they would and they were so nice and respectful!! I would give bargain city six stars if I could!!! We will definitely shop there again in the future.

Great owner and store associates. Very polite and patient people. They let you walk around the store as many times as you want to, and let you take your time to decide. When you are stuck between two choices, they even offer you a friendly advise (only when you ask for it).

After price shopping extensively around town, I discovered they had everyone beat. Item for item. Plus, the same as cash financing was a cinch and made it possible for me to fully furnish my new home and pay it off over time, interest free! Highly recommend Martha, she has great taste and gives top notch customer service. I will definitely be going back to see her for accents and accessories. They have a customer for life in me!

We had a solid experience at Bargain City. Granted, Covid upset the supply chain and we had to wait months for our order but it arrived, it was correct, and it was undamaged. Their lack of a computer system is what it is. I am sure it helps them keep overhead low and therefore, sell at the prices they do. We are always eager to buy local and will shop there again.

I purchased a Jamison Alexandria ll mattress a couple of weeks ago because I was having back pain from a new mattress I purchased at another store. I just wanted you to know the the Jamison is wonderful and I no longer have back pain. I could stay in bed all day! It's so comfortable! Thank you for a great mattress and friendly service. It was nice to have a sales associate who was kind and patient while I made my decisions. I will shop with you again!

We recently bought a sectional sofa at Bargain City Furniture. We had a wonderful experience there. They had a good selection and the prices were very reasonable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We will definitely go back next time we need new furniture.

Kevin and everyone at Bargain City furniture was so nice. The prices are unbelievable. We got a top grain leather sectional and recliner for an unheard of price. So glad to see him back in business in Cookeville. It's great to have a good family business to do business with. Large selection of sofas and Jamison mattresses.
