Dana was our sales associate she was awesome! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else she went above and beyond with finding us the perfect couch for our new house. Most definitely will be shopping from here again for the rest of our furniture.

When my oven/stove went out, I was instantly worried because I've been reading and hearing for months now how it's taking months to get appliances in. We started calling around, and several places were just downright rude. When we got in touch with someone at D.T. McCall's, they let us know what they had, and we asked if they could hold it til the end of the day so we could go look at what they had. They agreed, and we weren't able to get there until right before closing time. They were incredibly nice even though they were having to stay late. Tim took great care of us and was very professional the entire time. We were able to get a stove that night, and had it delivered the next week. The delivery man also was nice and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. We will definitely be back.

Their couch and recliner selection cant be beat! The employees are kind and helpful (thanks Cindy!). And on top of everything they offer free delivery on all furniture! Dont bother going anywhere else.

So far so good, they have a great inventory of appliances, the delivery was on time. The delivery drivers took my new freezer out of the box and it had a deep long scratch right in the middle of the front door. They promised me a new door. I followed up a couple of days later and talked to the sales man Tim would reassured me that I would get a new door. So far so good. Everyone has been professional, friendly and when a problem occurred they were engaged and eager to correct it.

Friendly but not pushy sales staff. Hayley Crook was exceptional. The store has a huge selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I'll definitely shop here again.

Great service. Friendly and helpful associates. Cindy was my sales associate and she was fantastic. She listened to my needs and was very informative. DT McCall was not my first choice for purchase of a new mattress, but out of the places I looked this was the only place that had what I wanted without a 6-18 week wait. They have free delivery and haul off the old, too. The cost of what I wanted was a bit more than other places I checked, but not enough to not buy there products. I love the locally owned aspect of DT McCall's as well. Can't wait for my new bed to be delivered! Highly recommend this place and Cindy!!

We were greeted right away. Very nice people. We knew what we wanted & he didn't try to sell us something else. They have a huge selection of just about anything. Beautiful furniture. When we're ready to get a new dining room table and chairs we'll definitely be back.

My refrigerator went completely out suddenly. I went to DT McCall the following day to check out what they had. I found one I was interested in and Cindy was very helpful with any questions I had, plus other information. Before making a final decision I wanted to be sure of one measurement, the width. Cindy said she would not be there tomorrow, but she would ask Hayley to help me out when I came back in, and Hayley was just as pleasant and knowledgeable. I called her the next morning to let her know the measurement would be fine so I was definitely going to make the purchase, and I gave her an approximate time of when I would be there. She had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. The only "hitch" in this, which of course no one could control, they had been so busy they were running about 2 weeks out on deliveries. Hayley told me they do have cancellations on deliveries occasionally and she would make a note to the delivery drivers to please move me into that slot since my old refrigerator was completely out. She had told me this when I had called that morning and then she let me know again when I came in that she was going to ask them to put me in for earlier delivery if there were any cancellations. I understood this, because other customers had already made purchases and were expecting their deliveries also. Well imagine how thrilled I was when I received a call the next morning from the delivery driver letting me know they would be delivering my refrigerator in about an hour or so!!
I have decided I am going to purchase a smaller refrigerator or freezer soon because after this experience I want a backup, and I already know where I will be making that purchase! If you go definitely ask for Cindy or Hayley! They helped turn what started out as a bad week into a very good week along with their great delivery guys! Thank you ALL!!

Great customer service! Bought my zero-turn there. Not only do they have competitive prices with big-box stores and other places selling high-end mowers, they also guarantee and service what they sell.

I would probably buy more there if they were open a bit later during the week. Only day I can get over there is Saturday.

We just went to pick up furniture for someone else but they ask if we needed help right away & helped load the items. Very friendly & helpful.

Chris was our salesman he did a great job of explaining everything to us no pressure what so ever. The pricing was fair and quality is great. The delivery guys took extra precaution not to tear up my floors that part was worth more than the furniture. We have been buying from the Lebanon store for over 20 years and now the store in Cookeville never a complaint always great people to deal with...Call Chris today he will take good care of you.

Wow...what a treasure of a store. My husband and I have been in to look at appliances a few times and spoke with Tim. We truly value customer service and honesty both of which seem to be priorities at this store. In fact, We are buying our appliances here because of Tim's excellent customer service skills in helping us find the best ones to meet our needs within our budget.

Compared to the other places locally, this is the only place to go. Seriously. We went all over the area looking for a washing machine. We went back to DT McCall's to purchase. The guy who helped us is very kind and knowledgeable about what he sells. My only complaint is that we are having to wait a week for delivery because they are short-staffed for delivery people. That isn't necessarily their fault though. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Great selection and fantastic service. We dealt with Chris McCall directly. He took a lot of time with us answering all our questions and explaining the features of each couch we looked at. We looked at other shops but no one had the Personal Touch nor the low price that they had. Ended up having my father bring a trailer 225 miles from Ohio to Tennessee in order for us to trailer it home. I would highly recommend anyone within 100 mile radius to check out their prices before buying. We saved about $500 buying with them.

I have bought furniture here in the past, I don't mind spending a little more on furniture because you only have to buy so much of it and it should be enjoyed...and the pieces I have are awesome to me. I went back again and now purchased a washer and dryer. They provide all the hookup connections and it's free delivery. The two delivery gentlemen were very polite and had it hooked up in a jiffy.
