The Whistle Stop Pizzeria & More

Went here for lunch ordered two pizzas, pepperoni express and double cheese. The service was outstanding and quick. The pizza was incredible. It reminds me of Chicago thin crust pizza. I will definitely be returning here. Highly impressed and satisfied with not only the food, but with how kind everyone was.

Went to Whistle Stop for the first time. Prompt service, waitress was very attentive and helpful. Nice quiet atmosphere. Did not disappoint. The bacon cheese burger was on point and my bf got the all you can eat catfish and loved it. Highly recommend.

We had the Garden Railway pizza which is the vegetarian, and we added pepperoni and pineapple. It was really good. The girls that waited on us were sweet. Great hometown pizzeria!

The owner of the town was extremely nice and gave me some history on the town. Great place in a small town of Baxter. As a bonus I got to see a double rainbow.

Just passing through and stopped in for lunch.
Service was friendly, and the food came out quickly.

The pizza was FANTASTIC. Super fresh ingredients and came out steaming.

The pizza was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I love this place. They make you feel welcome and I think the prices are decent.

Food was delicious, good service, spotless and reasonable prices

The fried green tomatoes were delicious and love small town vibe.

This is a great place for families and friends to gather. A little sketchy on the service but I had a wonderful time with old friends and even made a few new ones. I had a Hawaiian pizza that was a perfect single size and very tasty. We all sat a tapped our feet to the beat of wonderful Bluegrass music. A definite repeat destination.

This pizza parlor is quaint in this cozy little town. And it is perfect for any type of day period however, we like to go when it's cozy and cold outside, it just makes you wanna sit there and eat a nice, warm, delicious pizza. Period, we have tried their wings. And they are wonderful, great meat on them fried perfectly. You can have them served with the sauce or on the side. So you can try different varieties that they have for your perfect taste buds. They serve many different Italian dishes. The owner is wonderful.
They have televisions up with music videos. And I believe, to watch sports or news if wanted.
The owner is a great guy and is a retired military veteran.

So I say, go and try it out, everybody has different views of how pizza should taste. I've tried many. This is probably the closest to one that I like to go to that I don't complain about.
If you like sauce, ask for extra sauce. I do, so I ask for extra sauce.

Lastly, they serve ice cream and desserts

I haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but love what I have tried so far. I can't make cobbler to save my life, but this is the place to go when I am craving some cobbler. Depends on the day of the week what kind of cobbler you can get, but it's amazing no-matter what kind you get. Their ice cream is amazing too!

Owner is a Veteran, and that is also another good reason to frequent this establishment.

Love all of the train decor as well. I haven't been there on a live music night, but they always play good music at a nice volume on other days/nights.

We were finally able to stop in here and so glad that we did! The chicken Alfredo pizza was delicious! The garlic bread was also very tasty. Everything was fresh. The restaurant was clean and our waitress was so great!! Can't wait to come back!!

Because we like to spend our money at mom and pop businesses we headed to this one. The sign off 40 said 1.3 miles. GPS it because it's down a pretty side street and a quaint railroad section of Baxter. We had a basic side salad and great calzones. The menu wasn't typical mom & pop and it was, can't wait to eat there again good. The staff was friendly and I highly recommend. The sign said live music on Fri eve. Sounds fun.

The food is great, everything from the pizza, to the mini burgers and fries

If you like BBQ chicken with extras, it's a must try. I lived it! My wife on the other hand thought her mouth was on fire! LoL it was a pretty spicy BBQ sauce but great flavor!

Had the stromboli here. Ot is amazing! Hands down one of the best stromboli's I've ever had! Will DEFINATELY be back on one of our trips to Nashville monthly.

We eat here every time we go to Cummins Falls. This pizza place is half the fun. Great prices and good food.
