I went to the Boost Mobile on Fort Hood street and sat from 10:00-10:30 and the store was never opened by the employees. I came to the store on Central Texas Expressway and Sandra was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She was very informative and a great multi-tasker. This store had so many customers and Sandra helped everyone in a timely manner. Sandra made the transition so easy and worth it!!!!! Please give Sandra a raise and bonus!!!!!!

Went in the Store today,I had a problem with my phone,the lady offered her help,she polite and professional,thank you so much!!!

Even busy with other customers, the lady there acknowledged us when we came to inquire about their plans and phones. She has us reading some info while we waited. There was chairs to sit on and phones to look at.

The young ladies that work there were so helpful they help me to more than I should have but they got it done for me thank you
