I am a long range precision rifle Marksman but I can't always get to the range to practice. However I can practice in my backyard with my 22 long rifle bolt guns. Anyone who knows much about Rimfire competition will recognize the CZ 457 line of 22 long rifle bolt action guns as a well-known competitor in precision rim fire competitions. Imagine my surprise when I walked into a little hardware store I've never been in before in the town I grew up in and found an enormous firearm selection including these high-end rifles. To make matters even better their prices are better than online box stores. You got to check this place out!

Great store, people always greet you on entering. Love the old store feel packed to roof with hardware. Now adding guns to the huge knife offerings. Impressed that gun prices are really competitive, some lower than bigger competition and knowledgeable without being pushy. Nice experience.

The guys there are real helpful amd freindly . They have a good gun selection and excellent knife selection . Its a Christmas tradition I started buying all the men folk a knife at Christmas . If you havent been in , I will highly recommend you do .

What a nice store. It may look small, especially when compared to the big box home improvement store in town. But this store has stuff! Surprise yourself and stop here and see everything they have. Most prices are very competitive and the staff is helpful and friendly. And you'll feel good by supporting local business.

Great prices on solid brands, run by knowledgeable people. If you need something more durable than HFT but less expensive than the box stores this is your place. They are also great on orders, put in by Tuesday and have it by Thursday. I've really appreciated this business when tackling personal and professional projects, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Plus you can't buy guns at Lowe's 🇺🇸

Tremendous home town hardware store!! My team and I enjoy buying from this store because they have the best selection of Milwaukee tools and knives!! The staff is all accommodating and friendly!! If they don't have what you are looking for, they are willing to get if possible or tell you where to get it if they know.

I’ve purchased a few knives and a firearm from Highland Hardware over last few months and hands down they have the best customer service in Tennessee. If you’re tired of snooty firearms dealers and you want someone that cares more about your interest in weapons and blades than their own???? Then ya’ll need to visit the good people at Highland. They have lots of knives and guns.

I come here to do FFL transfers and there's no one I'd rather go to. They're fast, cheaper and they're good people. My only complaint is I wish they were open on weekends

Great hometown hardware store. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of knives. I've had to special order a few items - great communication and follow up.

This is a real "small town" local store. They have a surprisingly wide selection of hardware. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. You don't have to walk around looking for help like you do in the bigger stores. They are right in the heart of Cookeville, with plenty of parking.

Excellent selection of guns and knives. Reasonable prices. The store was very busy but well staffed by friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I absolutely love this store, can't imagine any red blooded american male that wouldn't. Guns, knives, hardware, tools out the butt, and some real nice axes. I know I could go in here and drop about 10k in less then 30 minutes if I didnt have a budget. Ppl are always very helpful and ready to assist as well.
