Town and Country did an absolutely beautiful spray for my grandmother, who passed away at 96. I only had to call Jessica and describe what I wanted on the phone. The spray is so pretty and exactly what I had envisioned. I’m so happy with their services, they did an amazing job. I would recommend them 100%

ordered some flowers and had a very small window of time before I needed them delivered. the towne & country staff were so accommodating and friendly over the phone, and they got my order there right on time! the flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy! thank you!!

THE MOST AMAZING ARRANGEMENT EVER!! My little sister ordered these for me as a surprise to be delivered to my office and I am so wonderstruck by how bright, fresh, fragrant, and perfectly arranged this bouquet is!! When she called and said she had no idea what she wanted, the florist just asked her to pick a color and a feeling to highlight and they would create a custom arrangement. She asked for yellow flowers to fix a bad day and is this not just the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? They look like a painting and have made my whole office smell like spring. Seriously, these colors are so perfect and each bloom is precisely at its peak!!! Not a single brown leaf or petal. Even the way they are swirled into the vase is artistic and gorgeous!! It is absolutely full and bursting with color and textures and variety!!! I am blown away. You guys are masters of flower artistry!!!!! You made me smile so much. Thank you :)

Towne & Country is by far the best, most caring flower shop I have had the pleasure to work with. I live 9 hours from my mother who moved from the Chicago area to Cookeville when my father retired. I miss her every day and send flowers often through Towne & Country. They always arrive on time and looking beautiful, and I always receive a phone call if any changes need to be made(once a vase needed to be swapped for a similar one in the same color). Thank you Towne & Country for being so easy to work with, and for helping me make all of my mommas days, good or bad, as bright and as special as she is <3 I will never order from anywhere else

I ordered a bouquet from this florist and found the designer, Cheryl, to be personable, knowledgeable and kind. She asked what I was looking for and gave me a variety of options and great suggestions. Her design was absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased. She is a very talented and I highly recommend this florist.

I live out of state and call this florist and order flowers for a funeral I describe what I wanted and when I arrived they were beautiful. Thank you your staff is amazing

This place has been extremely efficient, many placed orders in the past 10 years.. They have always met the challenge with a decent price!!

Though this is not the favorite flower arrangement to make, it really impressed me that the designer took time out to hand write this message and not just print it out from a computer.

I ordered (online) a plant to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday. It was only about 10 minutes after I placed the order that someone called from Towne & Country Flowers. He let me know that the plant I ordered had not grown enough yet and he didn't want to send it without calling me to let me know because he didn't want to send something that wasn't at its prime! He also suggested what I could send in place that looked great!

I appreciated him letting me know that the plant I ordered had just not grown large enough yet and wasn't quite ready.

The flowers I had ordered were arranged and delivered more beautifully and quicker than any other florist I've done business with. Most definitely a return customer.

I ordered a bouquet for a cousin's birthday. Instead of a specific order you see online, I like to ask for one or two types of flowers I know the recipient likes, and say, "designer's discretion" for the rest so the florist has the freedom to be creative. Towne & Country did a beautiful job and delivered it promptly. My cousin loved it. Thank you!

I ordered a patriotic floral arrangement on Monday of last week for a memorial service. I reside in Detroit and was unable to attend the service. The widow of the deceased called me this morning to tell me how incredibly beautiful the arrangement is. In fact, she now has it as a centerpiece on her dining room table. I get all of my flowers at Towne & Country. I have several family cemeteries that I get flowers for, and Scott and his crew take great care of me. I always need different types and sizes, and they are always accommodating. Also, anytime a friend passes away, I know I can just pick up the phone and trust them to send something to the funeral home. They've been in business for years, and you can definitely trust them with your needs!
