Nick's Restaurant & Lounge

18 years ago today we had our wedding supper here. Tonight we had yet another delicious meal to celebrate. Service was great and you can't beat the cheese while you wait!,

Well, here we go again!! Don't know why we keep thinking this is going to go back to what it used to be, but I don't think it is. Food was good. Ate in the bar area, and the server only had one other table. She brought me the entirely wrong entre item than what I ordered. Vegetables were left on the table while my entre was prepared. Of course, they got ice cold. My steak finally arrived as everyone was finishing up. So I ate a few bites, and had to take the rest home. Just disappointed A G.A.I.N. And we were there to celebrate a very important day for our family - some celebration. Just a very expensive disappointment. Not likely to go back any time soon.

The FIRST REALTY & AUCTION family had our annual company Christmas party here and the food and service as always was amazing! They're always very accommodating. We had a blast and love playing dirty Santa!! 😁👌💕

Awesome steak soup spinach dip and chicken Alfredo with broccoli only complaint was the spaghetti sauce tasted like it was out of a can and very bland overall we will be back for more food awesome work guys

It was our Christmas party for work. I'm a volunteer because of my health and these folks were very kind patient with our big crew! They took real good care of us! There were alot of us! It was a great experience!

Enjoyed our 1st visit to Nick's. Great service. Food was very good. Plenty of parking. I'll be back to try the steaks.

Great food, selection was ahh-mazing... server was very friendly and attentive! Hostess wasn't so inviting and gave me a look when I said table for 1... very impressed with the food! All food Was fast 2 come out and had 2 ask to have entree held so I could eat appetizers and salad... but it was close 2 closing so I understood... would definitely recommend!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Delicious food and super friendly staff. Definitely a pleasure to dine at Nick's!

My family and I have had 2 birthday dinners there and it was great both times! They stored our cake for us, brought us extra plates and forks and were all so nice!

We just had a large group of 19 people for a special birthday celebration. Nick’s is super accommodating. They let us in a little early to refrigerate a cake we brought in and set the table up with balloons, etc.
Our waiter was Javier G. and he was fabulous! With so many people everyone wants or needs something. This guy was right on it.
Food was great! Everyone got there order at the same time just about. No one had a cold dish. Only comment is some dishes are a bit SPICY so if you cannot do spicy ask before you order your first choice and have a backup. There is plenty to choose from.

Great place for larger groups. The steak has always been great and we enjoy all the appetizers. The staff have always been super friendly and attentive as well.

Roasted vegetable caesar salad with Cajun salmon was very tasty! The creamy chicken soup was rich. Wish they offered whole-wheat rolls for us diabetics.

Best meal in Cookeville!! Our group all had Steak or Prime Rib. Awesome food. With drinks, desert and tip expect to pay about $50 per person.

Absolutely delicious! I had escargot, spinach salad, prime rib and Brussels sprouts. Hubby had house salad, fried shrimp and flounder. Finished off with the ice cream pie. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! Friendly staff and the food was amazing

A great place for a special occasion. A good variety of dishes, and tasty too. Dependable on every visit. Staff are pleasant and attentive. We eat there regularly and have never had a bad meal. The only downside is that they are only open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.

We had a reserved table for 16 hungry, rambunctious guests on Saturday night and could not gave been more pleased. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was quick and delicious, all across the table. Yummy rolls and homemade salad dressings. Steaks all cooked to perfection. Even our vegetarian friends were pleased with their pasta dishes. And, of course, the ice cream pie was a dream! Thanks for everything—can’t wait to return!

Very nice restaurant. The whole experience was great from the pleasant hostess seating us and coming back and checking on us. The waitress was great as well. When we first got there we beat the crowd and then the place really got busy but we were still taken care of. Great filet and salmon, my wife had the prime rib and it was great as well. Nick, Nicole, and Nicole's daughter are all doing a great job. We will be back from Charlestown IN.
