I’ve ordered from this location a few times, they’ve always been pretty good about delivering on time with fresh fruit. Some of the other locations in the country have fallen off. But this location is the best one I’ve experienced!

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I went in to get my wife something for her birthday not really knowing what to get her. Maria and Taina came to my rescue and helped me get the most amazing gift for her!!!!!! It is simple and elegant and my wife LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs help with a special gift!

The fruits and chocolates are always fresh and delicious. I enjoy receiving edible gifts on my birthday and Mother's day. I can enjoy my gifts for days and still be able to share with my loved ones. Whenever I go to this store it is a delight to come out with my handful of goodies.

My birthday was about a week ago and all I asked for were some chocolate covered strawberries. I didn’t get them for my birthday. After what felt like the longest day of work (and a stressful one) Today I walked in just before closing hoping I could get my hands on some. Jayla was so patient and kind while I asked a bunch of questions. Darlene also answered some questions and hooked me up and I’m so glad they were so kind. I’ve ordered here before but this time was just extra nice because it was a great interaction after a long hard day. I will continue to place orders here!

I had trouble with the website and called in for help and got Maria. 10 out of 10! So so helpful!! And I got my ordered placed!

Where do I start? Bobie the General Manager caught me on a bad day! And I took my frustration out on her and it was absolutely not her fault, but God! Before things escalated my eyes opened and I immediately apologized and held back tears! Then started crying! I am grateful that she didn't judge me nor hold one bad moment on my part over my head! Maria is a wonderful person. After meeting her twice (once to place the order, second to pick up), Maria was caring and sensitive to my request for a thank you gift. I recently lost my husband and Maria was able to make the ordering and picking up pleasurable. She took the time to listen and was able to relate her personal experience to mine. Maria is a blessing as a person and as an employee. She took being professional and personable to a new level and is an absolute asset to the business. The platter, too, was perfect. The hospital staff thought so as well.

Lovely store and very polite staff. I have met Jaylah, Miranda, and another young lady, all were super duper helpful and had awesome customer service. I will order again from them.

I don’t usually do reviews but whoever the manager is at this location was so nice and probably gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business. She honestly deserves more than the 5 stars that I gave her.

So happy I found this place. Maria was so kind. I wanted a fruit basket for my gender reveal and Maria and Miranda were great in helping me pick a perfect one. They actually specifically customized it to fit my needs. The basket was beautiful and more importantly the fruits were delicious!

Back in 2008, I waited last minute to get my wife something for Valentines Day and decided to come here the morning of. There was a line of last-minute shoppers like myself but they had made enough items like chocolate covered strawberries so people could at least get something. It wasn't an extravagant arrangement but it was something. I late went back and got a nice arrangement :)

This business is very professional! I had to bring my kids to pick up my arrangement and they were very patient and helpful while I navigated not only getting my order but putting my children and the large order in my vehicle! The employee's working that day were amazing! I'm very thankful. Also my edible arrangement was delicious and fresh, the chocolate strawberries were my favorite, the pineapples were also cut into cute star/flower shapes. I hope to get one again (:

So here is what happened, I order my wife a edible arrangement but it just happened to get sent too the wrong store. And I called and told then what happened. The manager was more then willing, and helpful when replacing the arrangement. Only catch was since it was delivered, but too the wrong place I had to pick it. Again no problem. It was all my fault anyway. But the young ladies that helped, and stayed after work to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase ( I greatly appreciated all of your hard work, and dedication) trust me when I tell u that type of customer service doesn't go unnoticed!! And I if any will be definitely returning for more of that same great service. Thanks very much!!

Holy Cow! This place has the best customer service I have had in a very very long time! I put an order in online for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, unfortunately it was after the delivery time for that day and since it was a Saturday, would not be able to be delivered till Monday. Miss Marie called, and I was able to set up for my daughter to take our little birthday girl to pick up her first ever birthday delivery! Miss Marie was absolutely amazing, she refunded my delivery fee, gave my daughter strawberry’s for having to pick up, and she made it so special for the birthday girl! I have saved the contact info for the store in Harker Heights Tx, and will only use them for our birthdays from now on!!! Thank you so much Miss Marie, you are Wonderful!!!

Came in last min and I was able to get the last 12 strawberries! Bobby helped me out and she was great! Highly recommend this location! Im in love and the strawberries were massive. My daughter and i enjoyed them soooo much!!
