My first car buying experience and it went more smoothly than I could have imagined! I called to say I was interested in the truck, and they gave me out the door pricing on the phone with no hassles. Checked out the car the next day and it matched what I saw online. Maven was the one who sold me the truck, and he made it exceptionally easy. No pressure or sleazy tactics on his part. Very straight forward and didn’t try to make me use their financing. It’s not often you go to the dealership and the out the door price they start with is less than what you heard on the phone! Maven even threw in some mud flaps and is gonna try to get us some weather mats for free. Would highly recommend Dependable Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car in middle Tennessee.

I came here looking for a particular vehicle. I was not shopping around or in a pleasant mood, and they were still so friendly to me. They offered rides to come get me when i was approved. They helped me when I needed it most. I highly recommend these folks to anyone in need of a vehicle.

Maven and Brooke helped me on a VERY stressful and difficult day!! I had my dodge dart break down on me and a head gasket blown. I immediately came to cookeville and came to DAS and they greeted me at the door!! And helped me through the entire process. They both are very thorough and nice and I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a vehicle! Their prices are very affordable and vehicles are up-to-date and cleaned!! The owner was even there to greet us and appreciate us for our business!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Maven Cole was amazing. Helped us out a lot. We pulled up and he had already there to help us out. Helped with financing and getting the best price. Made sure everything was right with the car. Filled the gas and air on tires.
