Cumberland Customs does an amazing job with off-road customs. I’ve had two vehicles built out there and I’m more than impressed with the quality of their work!!!

Went in due to a recall. While there I got a part for my blinker . Car was done in about 35 minutes. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Tony really knows his vehicles. Went looking for a paint job on my 2016 Hyundai gave me 2 estimates (one very detailed, one for just the piece itself). He then suggested I try the Hyundai dealer in town to see if it was still under the manufactures warranty, but sadly not.

We had a vehicle recall and great customer service and fixed our recall in no time! We live in the Carthage,TN area so after our experience in Cumberland Auto thinking our next vehicle purchase may be right from there!

Customer-oriented Toyota dealership with friendly, professional, competent and well-trained personnel. Have purchased four Toyotas from this dealer and never been disappointed with service. The body shop, while not inexpensive, does high quality work.

We dropped by because several lights on dash board came on. Not wanting to take a chance went by to have them check the car out. Don't remember the girls name but she but she had a mechanic to check it out. They were booked solid but she helped us out and got the car checked out. Really appreciate the people at Cumberland Auto Center. Thanks to the young lady that made this happen.

Always awesome people! Friendly staff. Every time I've gone in I was greeted by not just the maintenance guys but the floor staff as well. You can't beat the turn around time either. Always a pleasant experience. 😁

We were stranded on 40 for a couple hours - tire blowout on a travel trailer. Wayne saw us and stopped and fixed it in 10 min. He was an angel - he saw us and stopped, he was knowledgeable and smart and fast. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Saturday afternoon the air conditioning, lights, etc. just stopped. Jeep Renegade, 8 months and 15k miles. I called @ 3:15 SATURDAY.... and they scooted me in, did their magic and I was gone. Very, VERY nice service people..very nice. Thank you so very much.
