David Gist worked hard to ensure we got the car we wanted at a fair price! We weren't NEEDING a car,
but happened to see this one on line & decide if the numbers were good, we'd come get it. (We live about 1½hrs away & had been snowed in) They made it work, so we headed that way! Easiest deal ever... done right from my living room! It was freshly detailed, full tank of fuel & warm, waiting for us to pick it up!

I saw this super cute Mini online and went to Overdrive on a bit of whim. What I didn’t expect was the easiest car buying experience of my life. David (aka Booty) is simply the best. He was so helpful as I test drove and asked questions, helped me negotiate to a very fair price, and had my paperwork ready so I could be done in less than 2 minutes (literally). Andy was also super helpful. Thank you so much for such a great experience. And I love my Mini!

Shane Thorneberry was amazing! They had to go through alot to get me approved. He is genuinely a great guy he kept reassuring me and kept me positive when I thought it was not going to get approved (i have a really low credit score and use online banking) Him and Andy went through a lot of hoops for me and made it happen! If it wasn't for them I would not have a 2021 vehicle. Thank you guys so much you're truly a blessing!

I never once felt pressured to do anything and he kept me up to date on the vehicle and if it had sold or not, since I wasn't ready to purchase for about a month. AMAZING customer service. It started with phone/text conversations with Jennifer, she arranged for us to meet with Toby. We drove two hours to meet with Toby, we gave him a rough ETA , pulled in and he was waiting in the lot for us. Toby answered every question we had, was very knowledgeable and nice. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was the most casual, friendly, fast, and painless. No games, David G is as cool as they come, great to work with, and Andy was fast and honest in the finance department. My pregnant wife and I had a very specific vehicle in mind and we drove almost 2 hours to the lot - they already had the vehicle cleaned up and sitting in the garage, looking sharp. A very easy discussion about the details and David and Andy had us taken care of and back on the road in less than two hours. Far cry from my latest two vehicle transactions.
They left me feeling like maybe there is still some customer service and ethics out there, post COVID!

I just bought a 2010 Silverado from Overdrive USA. From my initial phone call, to the end of the process, I’ve felt at ease. I put a deposit on a vehicle and was reassured the vehicle was secured because I’ve had previous bad experiences elsewhere. My sale was handed off to Toby, who’s been fantastic. Tony sent me pictures of the truck, handled all the paperwork flawlessly and answered any and all questions I had. Im pretty sure he was even answering my texts on his day off as well. He also sent me videos of the truck being loaded up on the transporter. He’s gone above and beyond any expectation I had.

A dealership like this and a salesperson person like Toby is definitely a rarity.
