A great spot in downtown Humboldt. Soul food made from scratch. Nothing from a can. The chicken and dressing was wonderful and the greens and cornbread were too. Everything was great including the homemade chocolate pie for dessert. Oh yeah, buffet includes drink and dessert. For those who like chitterlings, they have em every Thursday. Fish on Friday. Don't miss this treasure. Thank you Ms. Mary and all the other ladies there.

The owner of Famous Soul Food opened up her doors for me to have a Women's Luncheon and it was absolutely great!!!! Her hospitality was phenomenal and everyone was well pleased!!!!

Stop your search for places to eat, this is it! Found this place via google and the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Food is fresh, hot, and most importantly DELICIOUS! THE BEST STRAWBERRY LEMONADE I've EVER had. I never really had a reason to come to Humbolt, TN but I found a reason to return and I will!
