I grew up on Loretta Lynn & Patsy Cline (I’m only 25, so thank the Lord for my dad teaching me all the good country music). It was a no-brainer to stop here after my trip to Nashville. I did not mind in the slightest it was a Monday (when most stores/ exhibits there are closed). I still got to walk around and see plenty.

I drove past the cabins, campgrounds, some cemeteries, and the motorcross track till I got to the museums and her home. There is so much to see here that it’s near impossible to just stay for a couple hours. I sat on one of the swings by the mill (with the gorgeous plantation home behind me) and read some of her devotional. Then just took in all the beauty. I have not felt at such peace in a while as I did sitting there. Thank you to all who keep this place running, as it is truly a special place. I will most definitely be back.

PS- Another thing that stuck out to me is the friendly staff/ groundskeepers. Anytime one drove by they always stopped to say a friendly hello and offered to take my picture since I was visiting by myself. Made me feel like I was talking with friends.

The absolute highlight of my trip to Tennessee, hands down. So much thought was put into the museum exhibits, with many handwritten notes by Mrs. Loretta herself explaining the different items. Her home looked as though she had just picked up and left it. The replica of her childhood home is also on the property and is the same one used in the movie - it was so cool to walk through! If visiting you MUST buy some of Mrs. Loretta’s strawberry jam in the gift shop (her own personal recipe) - it was sooooo good! A visit to Mrs. Loretta’s Hurricane Mills home and museum is a must for all fans!

I first learned about Loretta when I was 7! (37 years ago) I’ve been wanting to visit her place since then. In fact I drove closes 5 times in my life but never with time to stop. I finally had the time after I picked my daughter up from Space Camp! It was an amazing visit!! I had no idea it was a plantation home! Tour guide Mackenzie was on her third day and she was so fantastic we thought she’d been doing it for years! It meant so much to me to actually go into Loretta’s house and stand where she had stood and see the things she had seen daily. Mackenzie made the entire thing extra special with her cheerfulness and generosity! She also explained Miss Loretta so in depth that I felt I learned more about how sensitive and good Loretta was. I seriously felt so welcomed by Mackenzie that I wanted to say “hey come visit me and I’ll show you my house” 🤣🤣 anyway!! Go to the Lynn Home!!! It’s amazing!

We enjoyed our visit to Loretta Lynn's Ranch so much! The campground and cabins are so nice! Loretta's old homeplace replica is beautufully done and her big home is just beautiful. It's just like they left it in 1985(?) There are rodeo and motocross arenas, beautuful scenery, the river, an old homestead, the old Grist Mill and the town. There are gift shops onsite. I think kids will enjoy camping and maybe some of the tours. I have doubts that a small child would care for the museum. Great place! I regret not having gone before she passed away! Loretta Lynn was always my most favorite country singer. In fact, she was the very first I ever was a fan of. Rest in Peace Mrs. Loretta!

Absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good about this place... The history alone is awesome and very affordable. A beautiful town and incredible lady who shows more than you could ever expect to see.

Great experience. There is lots of info & memorabilia. The home tours are good. The whole setup is great.
The campground for 50amp service is tight. Is doable but trees make it difficult. We were here when no big events going on.

Great place to visit and spend the morning or afternoon. Grounds are large and expansive — giving you a great vibe of the geography of the region. The staff is very informative and genuinely interested in everything the family and property is about. You can spend as little or as much time here as you’d like. Highly recommend! Also, there is a great RV Park on site we wish we had known about prior to our visit.

Lots of memorabilia in the museum including her bus the last time I was there. Also a replica of the cabin she grew up in is on a hill side. The mansion tour was short but interesting. I was able to see Loretta 3 times at her concerts out there before she became to frail to perform. Nice small venue. Would recommend to anyone that is a fan of Loretta and wants an inside look at who the woman was.

Very large. Many places to see and walk through. She has an amazing doll collection. And so much fan art as well. I would love to go back again and spend a little more time there. You get to hear Some of her life story through her own words

Louretta Lynn's Dude Ranch will.make you feel right at home with its beautiful property, landscape, there is such beautiful peace and tranquility when visiting this ranch. It's a must see destination!! Although , we could not take the tour due to the day of the week it was, the house was closed and so were the stores. I still enjoyed the walk through.

What a beautiful place to visit. We stumbled upon the kitchen to eat on our roadtrip and then realized how close we were to the ranch so we drove to see it. Unfortunately it was a Tuesday and the rqnch was closed but we snapped some great photos.

We really enjoyed the tour of the mansion and the museum. It was almost too much to take in with all of the memorabilia on display- very well put together. Gracie was great on the tour of the mansion, very informative and fun.
I would recommend this tour to anyone.

I've loved Loretta Lynn for my entire life, it was such a gift to be able to tour the home she raised her family in, visit her museum (THANK YOU Loretta, for being a hoarder and sharing your prize possessions with us!) The entire staff there is super nice, and our tour guide Derrick Dowling was phenomenal!! You just have to take the guided tour, the old plantation house is gorgeous, and you will get to see Loretta's collection of Avon items, her cast iron collection and her Longhorn cattle, as well as a replica of her childhood home in Butcher Hollow. All of the gift shops are great, the prices are actually very reasonable, different items in each one. You can buy an RC Cola and a Moonpie! You will want to walk around, the grounds are beautiful. Be sure you go through the doll collection room, and visit the museum, they are amazing!! Make time to watch the video that will be playing in the museum, it will crack you up, you will love Loretta even more! It is definitely a MUST VISIT if you are a Loretta Lynn fan! The only thing that would have made our visit better would have been getting to meet the Queen of Country Music herself!

Yes. Yes. Yes. March 17-18 2019.
We had a stage coach cabin. It was our best accommodation during our week long trip to Texas and back. Then we toured the plantation house. It’s just real nice to get this close to the legendary Country Artist!! We bought purses and shirts at the gift store. Mailed a postcard from the post office. Walked threw the Kentucky home replica that was used during filming of The Coal Miners Daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cindy. Cindy. Cindy. Lol. We will go again!!! Happy Birthday Loretta!! Enjoy that cake.

Attended the Tennessee Motorcycle and Music Revival. I’ve been 3 years now, does that tell you something? It’s a blast!! Will go again next year!
