Today, the line in Ross was sooo long. I have NO patience, and I told the person I was talking to on the phone that I didn’t know how I was going to make it! Great place! Awesome selection of clothes. I have good luck finding my length paints which is somewhat harder then most being 6'5"tall

Sometimes, only Ross has what you are looking for. The store is clean and tidy. The store is organized with items in its own section. Decent quality stuff at an affordable price point.

Talk about VARIETY! This store has EVERYTHING! I was like WOW! I came in to buy 2 Tops, and came out with a loaded cart! From cosmetics, to faux realistic looking white Orchid plants, 3-tiered storage rack on wheels, etc. I was a happy camper when I left this store! ROSS Dress for Less, You ROCK!!👍👍✔

Update: needed to return an Item which inadvertently the wrong size. The item was within 30 days of return and was promptly removed from my credit card without any problem. Great customer service!

When it comes to killeen Nolanville and heights the space that isn’t there it’s sometimes hard to choose between which store you want to go to however I like this one better most the time better selection more items and seems to be that I never quite find what I need in heights

I can find a lot of great deals. I make gifts on a regular can always find boxes, gift mugs, and trays to put my gifts together.

A great store, great prices, great selection of every item that you could possibly need, and adults clothing, including accessories and everything else you can need. Very clean inside and also where is mini brand name items in stock for a great price!

Im giving this a 5star because Ive worked here for over a year and the night staff I work with are amazing! We are so bored at night that every customer is our friend. Our fitting room associates are so lonely in the back that if you wanna use them as your daily therapist, they’d be happy to assist you in your mental dilemmas. We only have a few people who are laid back and ready for good customer service, but they’re just learning how to have better small talk. This place is dope, I will be working here till after my bachelors degree for sure!

Outstanding customer service! Every one is willing to help. It feels like home. I have really missed “my friends” while they were closed for COVID-19! I am so glad Mary and her team are back. Don’t worry I’ll be back soon! RONDA

This is a great Ross store. Its clean and well set up where some other stores fail. They have a large selection and lots of friendly staff. It's not set up like many of the stores I've been in but it's well laid out and easy to find things. We have a blast looking for those cant live without it purchases. Make sure to stop in this Ross but get there early.

I love going to Ross and Shop, however I tried not to go to the Killeen location very often. Every time I go there it's a mess there's always stuff on the floor. I think that a store should look nice and clean and not like the employees do not enjoy doing their jobs.

I always find something great at Ross. Love that store. Can shop for the whole family.
