Darlene in the office was very nice, and helpful. Deadline to weigh on the scales Monday through Friday is 4:15 PM. Not sure but Saturday deadline to weigh is probably 1:45 PM also.

This place is a dump.

The people there are nice. It would be helpful if they had signage clearly indicating what they want you to do and where to drop off junk. Especially since these change over time.

My review has to do with the rude hours of operation which clearly indicates a lack of desire to service the community's needs. They're only open during the week during the same hours most people are themselves working and, on the weekends, they're only open Saturday until 2PM. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't doubt these nonsensical hours play a role in why so many people just give up and dump their trash on the side of the road around here. People need to get rid of their trash and if the county is going to make it hard and show how little they care to make the facilities available, people will respond in like kind. Shame on you Hickman County.

Very pitiful workers here. None want to help guide you where to go and all act like it's a problem they even work here. Maps said this morning they close at 3, now it's all the sudden changed to 2. As I mentioned the RUDE workers, they sure didn't have a problem hatefully saying how they closed soon. Real convenient for people who work during the week, then to not even be open on Sunday either. Damn shame is what this dump is! Sorry yall had to answer a few questions so we could utilize what little time frame we had to haul some things yall wanna charge us for. Lived in hickman for almost 4 years and today was the first time we had to use the dump to haul things off.

Drive all the way out here for NOTHING bc June 19th is a holiday now. It'd be NICE if you post this here on maps so we don't waste trips!

I went there to drop off a My old frigidaire and the guy in the Machinery saw me and he went in to the building and got out of the machinery and hinden somewhere in the building he thought I was going to Left up that frigidaire and put it in a 7 or 8 foot tall dumper he had another thing coming I just left it there on the ground right in front of the dumper every thing else was already out of it I was not missing up my right shoulder again

I would like to take this time to say a little about our landfill, the person that was working on Saturday November 28th needs to pay more attention. Another truck and me were there, he had a 16 foot trailer and I had a 8 foot. Anyway he left before I did and when I left and went to pay for my load she was trying to charge me for his load plus mine. I don't mind paying for what I dump, but I am not paying for someone else. Finally got it right, so someone needs to start paying attention instead of being on the phone.

I was there on April 18th and Darlene told me that they were not taking any solid waste (lumber) at the time because of Covid 19. what does solid waste (lumber) have to do with the VIRUS. They refused to take it so I had to drive 18 miles back to my house. I called on Monday the 20th and they still would not take the Lumber.
