Comfort Suites Cookeville

We stayed 2 nights here in March 2024 while attending a wedding. The young man, Will, who checked us in was so nice and helpful. I am disabled and my speech is very hard to understand. Will went out of his way to help me answer my questions. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast good. For the price, it was an excellent stay.

Our niece thought she lost her Airpods in the parking lot, so we went back to the hotel to look for them and check lost and found. The staff was SO nice. The front desk clerk called the manager at home, who talked to me extensively about her checks before she left and swore everyone there would turn them in if they found them. Even gave me her cell phone number and told me to check back in a couple days!!! As expected, our niece found them in her bag when she got home. But if you're going to lose something at a hotel, it should be this one, because you might actually get it back. Super great people!! Thank you, Kimberly!! The rooms were also VERY nice. Someone said something about wishing there was peanut butter at breakfast, but that's the only complaint i heard from the whole group. BYOPB 😂

The place has been updated from several years ago. Cleaner now. Front desk was great. Didn't stay for the breakfast.

Great location! Excellent room, with lots of space and super comfortable beds with lots of pillows! Free breakfast in morning was good too. Would recommend. Lots of restaurant options nearby (most within a mile) with just about any cuisine you're looking for.

Very nice hotel, alot of restaurants near by. Not a whole lot of parking, even though it shares with another hotel.

Housekeeping staff is short, so room didn't get serviced, but any necessary amenities were available at the front desk. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at! I've never had an issue. Rooms are comfortable, perfect location for restaurants and not far off I40.

Our room was super clean and tidy. The bedding was so soft and warm. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast so good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing!! Lady at the front desk made me a breakfast to go bag for the next morning after hearing that I would be leaving for work before the in house breakfast started. Truly a great place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds great. We had wonderful customer service. Following COVID19 rules they packed grab n go breakfast bags (orange/banana, small water, small breakfast bar, baggie of bite size muffins, and a mint!). Even when street the hotel was on lost power all the employees were very polite. Pool was a bit chilly.
There is NO hot tub and NO sauna so don't go by reviewer pictures. The hot tub has been deleted for quite some time. The sauna was locked...that might be due to covid19. The hotel website doesn't list them nor have the hot tub pictured. We booked based on non-hotel pictures with the hot tub and were disappointed.

Since we are foster parents. We never know how many children we may have. They made sure we had plenty of room. Staff very nice. I will mention you guys in our foster parents news letter.

This hotel is a frequent resting stop for us as we visit family in the area regularly. Their rooms are generally tidy with polite guest service. The location is convenient to a Interstate 40, gas stations, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, and numerous other restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

We had two rooms and both were very clean and well furnished. We had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink in the rooms. We also had a nice couch and coffee table which were great for playing board games and cards. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Check-in was a breeze thanks to both the general manager, Ayman, and the desk clerk, Chris. Their hospitality was sure appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Cookeville area.

Nice place to stop for a night or for a week. Has nice indoor pool and gym. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The shower's water pressure was amazing. Soft beds with plenty of pillows. They have a nice breakfast area but because of the Covid pandemic, it was closed. But to mske up for it, they gave us to-go grab bags. I thought that was a nice touch.
I highly reccomend this Comfort Suites for a stay that's comfortable and cost effective.

Very clean place to stay and reasonable to. Stay was very nice. We usually stay at a Marriott and they were all booked so a nice second choice. I would do it again.

Very nice place to stay. Allowed us to check out a little late and the breakfast was great. Sherry, the front desk clerk even brought out a fresh glass of lemon water to my grandmother in the parking lot as we were leaving because they were out as we were checking out. Very great service.

Very clean, friendly awesome variety of breakfast, pool open indoor. Fair pricing for the service. Sorry forgot to take photos only stayed the night and left early.

We loved this hotel during our last visit and it has now become our go to hotel when we visit Tennessee/Cookeville. Clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast!
The only negative thing I can mention is their driveway is very steep and rough when you first turn in from the road.

Really nice hotel, really nice customer service oh, and overall nice experience. best breakfast hands down I've ever ate at a hotel free breakfast. They had an entire free buffet hot breakfast. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and clerk was friendly really good place to stay at.

Not only was management absolutely a hero, and helped me out imensly in a stressful situation, but the room it's self was actually perfect. Super clean and well kept! Amazing customer service and an amazing room for my anniversary. 10/10 would do buisness again!!!!!
