Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cookeville, TN

Check in was great with ms, Tessa and Ms. Debra Makes the best breakfast any hotel I've been. Affordable clean and very accommodating. Owners beware if I needed two excellent employees I'd be taking these five star employees with me. I hope you appreciate them as much as we have for the last few days.

Much better than expected..The complete area around and in hotel was very clean. Our room was large but the actual tube toilet area was small. Our room was very clean and the beds were fine. Breakfast was a step above most hotel breakfasts.. We do recommend this hotel.

I traveled for business and stayed one night. The king room was wonderful; clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the image on the website. Convenient location, easy access in and out of Cookeville, and lots of places to grab a bite to eat nearby. I would not hesitate to stay at this Country Inn & Suites again should business take me back to this area. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious ( king suite). Bed comfy and delicious breakfast. No usb plugs so bring a charging block!!

Such a friendly atmosphere. The desk clerk, Tessa is such a sweetheart. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. She’s so polite and has such a beautiful smile. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean, and the receptionist went above and beyond for us after finding out we are Choice Hotel members. It felt nice to have that acknowledged so well. Ty!

By far the best country in hotel in all the states guy at front desk was awesome.. super clean hotel .. as nice at this hotel is should be double to stay here .. . Itinerary walking into a hilton

Hotel was great, staff were very helpful.
We were an hour or two early and they had no problem with an early check in when we called.
The king suites were surprisingly nice for a small town. The jetted tubs were a fantastic surprise, the rooms were very spacious as well.

Pool was closed 5/18/2023, probably (due to COVID) like everything else these days... Even though it's 3 years after the fact.
And a few cars(guests) kinda just blocked the entrance for extended periods of time. (Several hours)

But other than those two things the place was a great choice to stay at, will probably return here next time I have to go to Tennessee.

Staff was very friendly at front desk, even for working a holiday like Christmas! The doggy goody bags are so thoughtful! I was a little nervous about what the room might look like based off mixed reviews between old and renovated rooms and conditions but we were pleasantly surprised!! Our room was one of the renovated ones, no carpet!! We got the king suite with sofa bed. It’s huge! So nice! And the best surprise of it all was that the tub is jetted! Breakfast had a good selection of items for being continental! The biscuits and gravy wasn’t too bad, again for being a hotel breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again with our fur babies in the future!

Front desk staff was wonderful! With all the traveling and hotels we have stayed at over the past 2-3 years this one is definitely one my top 3! We usually stay at the hotel next door but thought we would give this one a try this time and glad we did!! Rooms were very spacious (stayed in a king suite), tub was large and had the whirlpool feature which was really nice and water was hot and room was very clean. Had a small mix up at check in with room type (placed us in a handicap room and I def didn't want to take the room if it was needed) at first but the gentleman working overnights and the guy working the morning shift immediately took charge and placed us in different room... Was very smooth process and earned my respect. Will stay here from this point forward when a room is needed in this area! We don't have pets but they are a pet friendly hotel but you can't tell it til you see a dog lol! No smell or signs of animals in the building.

Lisa is wonderful. She was rounding the hotel to make sure the grounds were safe during late night hours. She was emptying trash and cleaning up all night. Very nice and while I was sitting outside, a person from another hotel came up. Lisa made sure that the person left thee grounds.

I haven't stayed here yet but have booked a block of rooms for our wedding in October. I spoke with Mackenzey and she was so helpful getting everything booked and taking some of that weight off my shoulders! While I'm from Cookeville, we will be spending a few nights in the hotel for a little peace and quiet and Mackenzey helped us out with that too! She responds quickly to emails and truly made everything a breeze.

Very clean, good breakfast and staff were very friendly!! Definitely recommend staying here. Someone complained of sticky floors that I saw and ours was too but it’s due to using to much cleaner in the mopping bucket! Enjoyed our stay here!

Very comfortable beds. Spacious room and free breakfast too! Refrigerator in room.

Front desk was very nice. The sweet woman who makes breakfast was too sweet. Would pick them over our first reservation at Candle

Instant hot water and a Jetta tub. I will definitely stay again when I'm in town.

Our favorite hotel in Cookeville. The rooms are a nice size. Comfy beds and larger tub with jets that's great for soaking. Nice front desk staff.

Great place to stay with our 4 legged family member. He even got a welcome bag! Very clean and modern room. No carpeting. Will be staying here next time we travel this way

Was very happy with the customer service. Booked a standard king room, but when we walked in the room, it had a weird smell to it, so we politely asked to change rooms. They jumped on it quickly and upgraded us to a king suite at no extra charge. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Happy with our stay.

Great hotel!! We've stayed here several times and love the staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great, hot breakfast!
