Wendy's

I just had to try the new Triple Nacho Cheeseburger from Wendy's today. In my opinion, it was pretty good! I'll have to go back and get another one. Just not today lol. Baxter, Tennessee doesn't have a Wendy's and I'd have to drive all the way to Cookeville just to get it. I'll definitely purchase that one more often, depending if it's here to stay on the menu or not, or if it's just a limited time thing. Other than that, I was in and out of the drive thru within 2-3 minutes. Ordered my food, paid at the first window and by the time I got to the second window, my food was already sitting at the window ready to be handed to me.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Good hot food.

Really good for a Wendy's. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is extremely nice. New furniture and wall coverings, and a sitting area with a faux fireplace really make you feel like you're not in just a fast food restaurant.

My granddaughter loves coming here after church. This is the only fast food burger she eats now. I just love the chili and hot sauce. They always put a lot of ice in my tea like I ask. So many places don't. Our son also has worked here for over a year. He enjoys his work and the people he gets to interact with. He sometimes tells me about a special customer coming in and the influence they have on him for the better. The people from Cookeville are very special and kind. Very rarely does he come home in a bad mood because of the customers. He truly enjoys them. Thank you Cookeville..❤

Walk in for service as it is quicker than waiting in the ALWAYS present long drive thru line rivaling the Chick-fil-A experience shirt the outside helpers. Apparently, many people like the food served here.

This is the very best Wendy's I've ever been to besides the one in Nashville , on Thompson Ln. Hats off!

I give it all 5 stars just because I went in today and the workers are so good with customer service and the food is a 10/10 and the atmosphere is so clean and I love it! Definitely coming here again!!!

Five dollar biggie bag is a great choice for anyone on a budget and hungry. Also their chili is amazing. Also the cookies are fresh and perfectly baked.

I love this place! Anytime, breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner!! My favorite is the Baconator!! I wish they still had the side salad instead of fries option, or maybe they could bring it back?? There's something for everyone on the menu!! Whether dining in or driving through, the service at this particular Wendy's has always been timely, & most importantly pleasant!! Keep it up, folks!!! Just love those smiles!!

Good food and decent service. The drive-thru may be very busy at times and cause a delay. The workers are generally very helpful. Parking is tight on the drive-thru north side of building. However, the south side of the building has more parking and is not a dangerous to get in and out of parking spaces.

The salads, burgers, fries, and ice cream are really great!!! The prices are generally a little higher than other fast foods, but the quality makes up for it.

Went through the drive - thru campuses I was in a rush to get back to work.. I ordered, paid and received my Breakdest Combo Meal n a coffee in less than 5 mins. Surprisingly pleased is what I was. Great job and service. Nice crew here at this Wendy's. 😊

Good food at a great price. Drive through moves pretty fast and so far, they have never gotten an order wrong. Now they have strawberry frosties so it just doesn't get any better then that.

Food was hot and delicious. Even though the drive thru line was long, it didn't take an unreasonable amount of time to get through it.

Love Wendy's! Never knew that they did breakfast. They have really good deals for breakfast combos. Been going alot for breakfast

I always like this particular Wendy's. Their staff is always very nice and had never gotten our picky orders wrong, which we really appreciate. Especially the guy at the drive thru that tips his hat. Your awesome. 😁

This wendys does the best with their chili

Fast service if you get a salad, like near instant. Fast regardless despite the tornado last night and being busy. The salad was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be, couldnt finish it. Ariana was very nice and patient.
