Leanne and staff were excellent in caring for my mom. Cognitive impairment creates huge challenges in caring for a parent. My mom was medically treated and after 10 years of struggling with the system, is receiving proper care back in my county. Leanne said "Don't worry about this part, that's our job". And she did it! I can't say enough.

Caring and helpful people. Clean and easy to navigate. Well marked entrances. Billing people very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance matters. Seen quickly and efficiently.

Out of towner, went in to ER for stitches back in 2015. The ER itself is very dated, average care I guess. Unfortunately 4 years later I'm still paying on a bill because they misbilled insurance the first time. It's very hard to get anyone on the phone to ask questions or make a payment. Mailed a check 3 weeks ago, but got a statement today saying they would turn me over to collections if payment not received by the 25th of the month (February). The statement was printed 2/7, arrived in my mail box today, 3/7. Now I can't get anyone on the phone at the hospital to figure out what's going on and the number printed on the statement is not a valid number. Next time I'm in town, I think I'll visit the local vet.

I was having seizures and the doctor was convinced that I was on meth and the ambulance driver reported this to him and they kept giving me Narcan. Once my drug test came back negative I did not even get an apology. The doctor said I don't know what's going on. Every time I've ever been out there the same doctor has been there and has never helped. My husband actually had to tell the doctor what type of antibiotics to give me for an infection in my mouth because the doctor said he didn't know. Dr. Ghanbari seems like he is always there and when he does not want to deal with you he pretends that he does not speak English. He does not seem to be very nice to the nurses and other employees. If I had an ingrown toenail I think I would drive 30 miles out of my way just to go to another hospital. If I was having a heart attack and lived next door to the hospital I would take my chances and drive a hundred miles to Nashville. Of course this is just my opinion. I cannot speak for the other people of the county but I have heard similar stories from them.

This place is terrible we got into a car crash last year and I broke my hand they took care of that fine. My fiance was complaining about abdominal pain and we suspected that she was pregnant and we asked them to do an ultrasound but they refused did a pregnancy test they said it came back negative but 4 days later was positive on every test I could buy.

You're better off to go to the veterinarian! They're very disrespectful. If they cannot treat you why are there doors open? It would be a good place for a hospital!
