A customer service helper by the name of Tony helped me out a great deal with some advice on what to purchase. He seems pretty knowledgeable about a lot of construction stuff. He also helped me to purchase a new water heater, and helped with some tips on installation.

We purchased building materials with them many time and had great customer service experience, Stephani took care of all our needs, even when materials delivered was the wrong size, she worked her magic and correct items were delivery in a manner of few hours. Delivery was amazing in a timely manner and the drivers were outstanding (I wish I remember the name of one that even brought our trash can back from the curb, he truly went above the expectations).

Came here to get some difficult to find double sided keys copied. The young man that took care of me checked and triple checked for suitable blanks, but out of the three I needed done, just one of the blanks was available, and that one fit and opened the lock nicely. I'll be going back for all of my keys in the future as well as other things I might need.

The male employee treated me with respect. He was friendly and helpful.

My favorite place to go for all my home projects. Not only do they have the most abundant selection of wood I have ever seen, but they are affiliated with Ace Hardware. This makes it easier to get what I need from a local area; And their customer service if phenomenal! They make me excited to get all my projects done, and for the lowest prices.

Great Neighborhood Hardware Store!

After wasting hours wandering around "big box" stores, I quickly find what I'm looking for here. This has been a family-run business for years. These folks are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can either order it for you or advise where you can find the item. They also try to carry as many USA-made products as feasible. Last year, I remodeled one of our bathrooms and these folks helped me through the entire process, from ceiling treatment, flooring, paint and trim. The project was a huge success thanks to their help!

The staff at Heights Lumber is second to none. They are very friend and very helpful. At this point, I feel like I know everyone there on a personal level so working with them is awesome. They really make sure to help you out more than other stores do.

Ray did an excellent job installing a patio door. Fit and finish are great and he took the extra time to ensure it was that way.

I went in with a bit of an urgent request for lumber. I needed 91 12’ oak boards. Of course, they didn’t have what I needed in stock. Steffi went above and beyond and started calling all of her vendors to to get me what I needed. Even saved me $700-$800 compared to going to a big box store.

After delivery, I found boards I just couldn’t use, but then determined I was also shorted quite a bit. Steffi, once again, went above and beyond. I believe she pulled from her own stock, replenished my shortage, and replaced the boards I couldn’t use.

She stayed in contact. Consistently kept me informed. She also worked around my own work schedule to ensure I was taken care of.

I use Heights Lumber and Supply as a one- stop shop for everything. The staff is 100% knowledgeable. I know the youngest employee has been there 8 years, that says a lot. That is dedication. All the other employees I know have been there longer, 15-30 years. That's professional service, and the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are a company who cares about the people.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good selection of hardware that might be difficult to get at a big box store. Awesome lumberyard! Might wait a little longer than expected for assistance, but that's cuz they actually assist! Dude helped load out everyone he assisted. Pity it took me so long to shop there!

I’ve purchased a few Stihl machines here. Each time, the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had and provided a demo of the machine. Customer service here, even on small items, is always above and beyond the big box stores.

I went in today for paint. James, the sales associate provided stellar customer service. He located the paint color I needed and even told me about a product called Two Old Goats essential lotion. I suffer from FMS and arthritis. I tried the sample in the store and it made a believer out of me! Within minutes, the area which I applied it felt so much better. Thank you Heights Lumber!

Pricing at Heights Lumber and Supply is very fair. All of their materials are in great shape. If I have a special order of lumber they have no problem getting it for me. I have never had an issue with them taking longer. Great lumber company to work with.

My husband is in roofing and will sometimes need me to go pick up and drop off supplies for him. Sometimes I know exactly what he wants, sometimes I have no clue but the awesome people at Heights Lumber always help me figure it out. They even go the extra mile by helping me out to my car and loading it up when it's something particularly heavy.
