Our AC unit finally guit on a Wednesday night after 25 plus years of reliable service. I called Jimmy at Jackson Heating and cooling at 0700 Thursday morning. By 0900 we had the financing approved and the new unit ordered and scheduled for delivery to a local trucking company Friday morning.. The next morning as promised the installers showed up at the house by 0930 and we're done by 1300. The installers were very curious and did a great job cleaning up at the end. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

We had Jackson Heating & Cooling come out last summer and install two mini splits in our shop. We were running wall units and they could not keep up with opening and closing the garage doors all day plus having a hot car in the shop. The mini splits have definitely paid off! Our electric is half of what it was last July right before we had the units installed. Jimmy came out & gave the quote in a timely manner & they got me scheduled soon after I approved the quote. The service guys did a great job making sure everything was working properly before they left. I will definitely use them again & refer them.

We cannot express more appreciation for this company, and the professionalism shown to us. They replaced our aging air and antiquated heating system with state of the art technology, and had a solution for a water heater jammed into a closet. Jackson heating and cooling installed a new heat pump for me. Prior to the installation they ran load calculations to ensure my heating and cooling needs would be meet. Installation was smooth with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are great! Came out and got my old unit going after another group said it was completely shot and was not fixable. Trusted them so much I bought a brand new unit with them. Installation was quick and such a nice group of people.

We had a Trane dual fuel system installed two weeks ago and are very happy with the whole process with Jackson. The price was reasonable and Jimmy was very thorough with the quote. The installation crew worked very hard and were pleasant. And they did a follow-up service call just to be sure that everything was working properly. I woke up at my fiancé up at 1:00am Sunday morning because our house was 79 degrees it was too hot to sleep and our dogs were panting. It’s our first house so we weren’t sure what to do. We reached out to several companies and many said they were (24 hour service online ) but when I called they didn’t answer or weren’t able to get to us till the middle of the after noon the next day. We here full time on weekends and have 4 pets having our house 80 degrees minimum wasn’t going to work. I called Jackson heating and immediately someone answered , again at 2:30am. She assured me she had someone on call and if he couldn’t talk me through it via phone he would come out. Needless to say Keith was at our house by 3:30 to resolve our issue. He was in an out fixed our issue and wrote it up. We’re so thankful for him to come out at such an unreasonable hour. They were affordable and very responsive.

What a wonderful and talented group. If your looking for HVAC these folks are amazing!!! They may not be the cheapest but I guarantee the BEST!!!! Top notch in the heating and cooling business. From our first contact with Thomas at our new home site to explain the system we wanted which included heating, cooling, air cleaning, and ERV system through installation with Ronnie who was a great installer we always felt like the wanted the best for us and our new home. They were always available to answer all of questions. They worked great with the other trades including our home automation contractor. Jimmy and his guys at Jackson HVAC worked at our house in Smithville, fixing the shoddy installation work another company had done for us a few years back in an emergency situation.

Once I contacted Jackson HVAC - Cookeville, Jimmy came out to the house when he said he'd be there for a quote, and followed through every step of the way just like he said he would. To me that means a lot. It seems too many people are dropping the ball anymore when it comes to servicing or repairing things, and our unit wasn't even purchased through them!

The price quoted was in line with past quotes I had received, only those people never came out to actually do the work and those quotes were given to me months ago! The total time between my initial phone call and the job being completed by Jackson was about 2 weeks.

I will not hesitate to recommend Jackson HVAC- Cookeville to anyone! If any future work is needed, I plan on calling them first.

Had hot and cold spots throughout the house. Thomas checked our system out and found several problems that other companies we had used failed to address. He did a load test of our home and then offered solutions at a very reasonable price. Thier very professional technicians came out, performed the necessary solutions and then balanced our system. We are currently setting in a home that's more comfortable than its ever been and we didn't need to take a loan out to pay for it. The unit in my home was 15 plus years old. I called because my unit was making a funny noise and they came and checked it out for me and replaced a small part that had been messed up for a while and which time the compressor started making funny noises and locked up. I chose to replace my unit because of the age even though the repair man said it would be much much cheaper to replace the compressor. I went up in size on my unit, had another return placed in my basement and fixed some bad duct work. Everyone was very professional and they were done in one day with all the work. Best part of all is my electric went down.

Jackson Heating and Cooling recently installed the system in our house. Thrilled is the word to describe how we feel about the work they have done for us. Instead of resorting to simple semantic adulation, let me more specific.

. They came with blue prints for the work and never in our past had someone done this for heating/cooling. For construction, yes, but not for heating/cooling
. The owner John came on the first day of work, and then kept coming frequently making sure everything was going well.
. John said he would do the work as if it were his own house, and the exceptional quality of the final product testifies to the validity of that statement.
. They installed all metal ducts pretty much throughout, instead of cheap, flexible conduits.
. The ducts were installed so efficiently that there is ample room left in the region. Perhaps this is due to all the pre-planning that is evident from the blue prints mentioned above.
. They voluntarily added a vent at the back entrance much to our pleasant surprise.
. The work got done much earlier than the deadline - finished it on a Thursday when the deadline was the following Monday.
. Workers stayed till 8 PM on the last day just to wrap up the whole thing.

We are infinitely pleased with, and are deeply indebted to, Jackson Heating and Cooling. Guys, take a bow. You are awesome.

Rodger and John replaced my system yesterday and were very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. I feel like Jimmy(sales) treated me very fairly, unlike some companies Out of five company quotes I picked Jackson heat and air and I made the right choice. BTW stay away from Hiller
