I am an interior designer and use Rooms to Go as a source for great Art, rugs, and accessories. Their prices are almost unbeatable and there's no other place get high quality accessories and art without having to order it on line.

The Store here near Temple TX is one of the nicer appointed stores I've been to in Texas. The staff is top notch and super helpful!

I have used Rooms to Go furniture in many projects (from high-end to middle class homes) over the years and have never been disappointed.

Ms.Kim is the MVP of this location. We locked eyes as soon as I walked in the store. I told her I was looking for a white or gray queen bedroom set. She showed me three sets then I narrowed it down to two. She broke down the sale price and packages with me and we even looked on the website to find something similar in style. 24 hours of thinking it over, and showing friends/ family pictures, I returned to purchase both. She then mentioned the mattress sale which I also needed. I gravitated to her warm spirit and smile, how could I say no. I’m pleased I walked in this location instead of purchasing myself online. Nothing is better than looking and touching the product for yourself. Besides, the product will be in your home. Might as well see it before you spend your hard earned money. With Ms. Kim’s assistance, she made it much easier.

I had a pleasant experience. I was able to walk through the entire store and try different living room sets without any interruption.

When I finally had questions, my salesperson, Carmen, was very helpful. She made the purchase easy and I didn't feel pressured. I will recommend Rooms To Go for any of your furniture needs. See Carmen if you go to the Harker Heights store.

We’ve repeatedly shopped at the Harker Heights Rooms To Go and each time has been a great experience! Today, we had Elise helping us out with our second living room set and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Between my husband and I trying to decide between two sets, colors, etc. (all while our kids tried to create chaos in the store…), she was so patient and helpful! I recommend going to this location and asking for her personally! You won’t be disappointed!

Elise was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about all the products and was so helpful in purchasing new furniture over the phone. It was a very fast process and she answered every question and concern we had. The only thing I would change is they need to allow the sales people to have their phones on the floor! Thanks for a great experience.

From start to finish phenomenal customer service. I did not feel pressured to purchase. Kim was magnificent and patient. She and her co-workers helped with a limit increase as well and I am truly satisfied and appreciate her very much. I love the vases that I was able to purchase and the table will be here this week! The representative, Kim, greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Kim asked me questions to determine my preferences and responded quickly showing me various furniture options that would meet my needs. She was very approachable and I enjoyed our conversation as she truly took an interest in getting to know me.

We went inside rooms to go to make a purchase and Ban gave us a warm welcome from the door. She took good care of us. She made our time very smooth. We will always recommend her. Whenever you go to the one in Harker Heights, don’t hesitate to ask for her. She will work with you and guide you. We will definitely come back.

This was my first time shopping at Rooms to Go & I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Sara helped me with purchasing a kid’s bunk bed, in which she gave me all the information I would need, accurate pricing, & answered all my questions. Sara made the buying experience smooth & it did not take long at all! I will definitely be asking for her help for future purchases!

Ban was very helpful and knowledgeable with our bunk bed purchase! She took the time to explain everything to us and show us different varieties of mattresses to match. Very nice lady and would highly recommend her help!

It was an awesome experience Shirley was so patient and helpful when it came to making sure me and my wife made the perfect choice for our living room. Yvette was the salesperson that helped me. She was patient with every question I asked. I would ask for price checks and even change what I was going to buy before completing order. She explained things and answered explained things throughly. I would recommend her to any customer visiting Room Store. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I rarely am able to witness someone who enjoys their job and desires for the customer to be completely comfortable and satisfied with their purchase. I really appreciated the ease and speed of service today. I walked in having a good idea about what I wanted and what my budget was. Elisa was very attentive and went the extra mile to help me find a new living room and bedroom set. She was also very honest and made it feel like I was shopping with a friend. Would definitely request her to shop with again.

We came in originally just looking for a twin mattress for our 3 year old. We were directed to the kids area and met Sara! We looked around at all the different mattresses at first and tried to find one we liked best with her help and suggestions. We then started entertaining the idea of getting a bed frame as well. We told her what we were looking for and she gave us a lot of good options. We ended up purchasing the mattress and bedframe and look forward to it being delivered! The store was welcoming, clean, and fully furnished with great looking displays. Carmen, however, made the real impact on our visit. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She provided as much information as we needed and allowed us breathing room to look around and make up our own minds. Carmen was always available and was ready to help us when we found what we were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone in the market for quality products and top notch sales staff.
